World class hotel. An opulent hotel experience. The room was very clean, quiet and peaceful with a nice view. The food and beverage outlets are amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The service here amazing, free ice cream whilst waiting for check-in is just the tip of the iceberg. The deep joy pool, everyone should dive into once. Their luxury white fluffy towels, plush white bath robes and heavenly-smelling shower gels in tiny little bottles 一there's something about padding around in their fancy bathroom that feels gloriously decadent. The breakfast spread was a culinary delight, and the hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were top-notch. Located conveniently in the heart of the city, this hotel is the epitome of luxury. I highly recommend it for an unforgettable experience. Recommend this hotel to anyone that can afford it. Il loro servizio è grande. La loro stanza è accogliente e pulita. La loro posizione è vicina al Merdeka Walk e al Deli Park Mall. Dietro l'hotel c'è anche KFC. Grazie per HM Bu Emmy, che mi saluta sempre, Kak Merita, che mi permette di rimanere un mese con un buon prezzo, Kak Ayu, che aiuta bene e Kak Yori, che pulisce bene la mia stanza. Anche tutta la squadra che non posso menzionare il nome uno per uno. Ben fatto, squadra. Continuate a lavorare!

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Booked 2 executive suite x2 nights for an affordable price. Basic hotel under the the Marriott brand. Location not that great as compared to other hotels in Medan City Centre, not walking distance to any amenities/convenience stores. Security was great as expected, so you’ll be safe staying here. Checked in at 5.30pm yet one out of two rooms was still not ready. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on it, probably due to housekeeping rushing to clean rooms. There is banks directly in the hotel facility, so if you need to withdraw cash it is very convenient. Overall: 2.5/5

Un giorno così bello che passo lì .. la vista era anche molto sorprendente.. e il servizio era così buono.. Vieni a visitare molto presto di nuovo inshaAllah

The hotel boasts a fantastic swimming pool, although I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy it. However, there were several issues that affected my stay. Firstly, the water pressure in the hotel was disappointingly low, making showering a bit of a challenge. The linens were noticeably old and in need of replacement. I also encountered an issue with ants in my room and the toilet, which was quite unsettling.

the stay quite nice, washroom and hot water also work properly. fast wifi, and fast check in process. also love that they have massage spa inside the hotel with affordable price but as a malaysian , i would say, its quite cheap when they give you a discount voucher. if you dont really want to go out, you can order the room service food which also quite big in portion (for me) and the tempe goreng with the sambal sauce was so nice. In front of the hotel , got several private taxi service (suv car) with a range of price like 1 million IDR to Parapat(lake toba) & 700 thousand IDR to siantar.Just in case you had last minute plan to go to danau toba and didnt book any supir in advance The only thing that i wish they change is the bath towel. Please change it to the new and softer one. all the thread is coming out from the towel.

Amazing hotel with helpful staff. Would love to visit again soon. Cafe got nice food with reasonable price as well. Just so happy to have chosen this hotel for several nights.

Questa è la mia seconda visita all'hotel e le camere sono pulite e belle. A Medan, il prezzo è economico e la posizione è buona. . Penso che non ci sia tale sistemazione. va tutto bene!
