Hotel in zona Masjid Jami' Bustanul 'Ulum, Medan

Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Siamo stati a Medan solo per qualche notte e l'hotel Kama ha adattato il nostro bilancio. Poiché Medan è una città piena di hotel e c'è sempre qualcosa che si adatta al bilancio di tutti, mi sento ingiusto alcune delle scarse recensioni dell'hotel Kama. La stanza era pulita ... si sentiva sicura ... letti erano comodi ... bagno pulito e moderno. Il buffet colazione è stato incluso nel prezzo e non era niente di flash ma piuttosto buono per un hotel di bilancio. Sicuramente prenoterai di nuovo se visitassimo Medan di nuovo!

Room is clean but not fitted with night light lamp . Mattress is a bit too soft but pillow is too hard . Maybe that made me cannot sleep nicely . The sound proof is not that good and next day TV sound can be heard if the room have internal door access to other room type . Elevator service seems to be a bit slow .

Basic room but clean ( not comfy though). Strategic location within walking distance to Plaza Medan Fair and Damri bus station to/fro Kuala Namu Airport. Kakiku massage just steps away. Breakfast is simple but adequate.

Ho solo fatto una chiamata per chiedere di collegare alle vendite e chiedere al contatto per la persona di vendita e mi sorprendevano le signore che abbiamo disaccoppiato il telefono prima yah poi vi richiamerà senza chiedere il mio numero, Questo è molto brutto e non ha atteggiamento come hoteliere ha bisogno di allenare come parlare con l'ospite.molto non raccomandazione

Aspetti un grande hotel da Marriot... ma... - non utile, anche se siamo membri del loro gruppo... ma anche ai politici che restano in quell'area... - Mi chiedo solo di non sentire il rumore, ma mi sottopongono intenzionalmente a più rumore. STESSO!!!! - Il letto è piccolo. - il bagno è solo la doccia. - nessun shaver e nessun comb... - il frigo non freddo... - il colazione, così... così... il cibo non è caldo e duro... il cibo non si riempie immediatamente... l'unico cibo bello è il Long Medan... - Il bar serviva Margarita era cattivo... Per me, trasferirò questo hotel dove possibile... a meno che non ci sia più un hotel migliore...

Amore di rimanere qui. perché la posizione è nel centro della città. le strutture sono abbastanza complete. comoda camera. acqua potabile illimitata. Colazione è anche abbastanza buona.

Stavo per soggiornare durante la stagione di EID, prenotato per 10 camere. Il manager, il signor Saut Purba, è stato molto utile nel aiutare le mie prenotazioni. Ha cercato di soddisfare la mia richiesta, come la sala di connessione e lo stesso livello di piano, perché sono rimasto con la mia grande famiglia. La miglior sorpresa era la sala di aggiornamento al decimo piano per me stesso. Grazie mille! Il signor Saut ha anche assistito a organizzare la sorpresa di compleanno per mio fratello, alcuni agenti ci stanno unendo per colpire la sua stanza con una bella torta di gioia e desideri. Il colazione era eccellente, il cibo è delizioso, me e la mia famiglia lo amavano. Questo hotel ha servito diverse opzioni sul loro buffet colazione. Questo hotel aveva anche una bella piscina, non era grande ma pulito e sicuro per i bambini. Il personale del front office è magnifico durante il check-out.Infine, grazie per un soggiorno così memorabile. :-)
