Last night was pleasant trying out packed Medan foods and drinks bought at nearby POS Bloc and tibits from Deli Mall TranMart. The fridge was handy when keeping my Es Kestari (lemon lime) drink chilled. The Ayam Penyat Nasi came with nicely done plating and delicious fried Nasi and crackers. Early morning was a chore to train station with an early transit flight to catch back to SG.

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

Si può sentire il rumore della porta accanto, il traffico, il treno vicino, e peggio, il rumore del club in alto piano). ma non lo elimina (e si prelevano più per questa stanza!!) - colazione è fondamentale - la drenaggio della camera da bagno non può completamente drenare acqua. I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Amore di rimanere qui. perché la posizione è nel centro della città. le strutture sono abbastanza complete. comoda camera. acqua potabile illimitata. Colazione è anche abbastanza buona.

Recensioni alcuni punti da altri viaggiatori. Scegli questo hotel per visitare la città medan. La stanza è odore e hk non cambia letti da letto o caso di pillow. Non sostituisce le strutture igienici. non rulla tessuto finché non devo uscire dalla loro sala HK. La pressione dell'acqua era troppo lenta. La colazione era così.. solo i 💕 è kelupis.. Il allenatore era così efficace per pulire la tavola anche se non avete finito il vostro pasto ancora 🥴... Uno dei dipendenti dovrebbe essere riconosciuto sinceramente perché ho lasciato la borsa nei ristoranti e lei ha tenuto la mia borsa. Grazie! .. Concierge deve cambiare ai giovani. Non guardare tutti gli ospiti strani.

Aspetti un grande hotel da Marriot... ma... - non utile, anche se siamo membri del loro gruppo... ma anche ai politici che restano in quell'area... - Mi chiedo solo di non sentire il rumore, ma mi sottopongono intenzionalmente a più rumore. STESSO!!!! - Il letto è piccolo. - il bagno è solo la doccia. - nessun shaver e nessun comb... - il frigo non freddo... - il colazione, così... così... il cibo non è caldo e duro... il cibo non si riempie immediatamente... l'unico cibo bello è il Long Medan... - Il bar serviva Margarita era cattivo... Per me, trasferirò questo hotel dove possibile... a meno che non ci sia più un hotel migliore...

Il personale non ha un atteggiamento di saluto e ospite, eccetto sicurezza, sicurezza così bello, camera buona e pulita ma così rumoroso, forse a posto hotel nel centro città. acqua calda si scioglie, e acqua così piccolo un giorno prima di andare fuori. Come viaggiatore di un'altra città (sono da Bali e qui per Natale) noleggio moto come il nostro trasporto migliore e più economico, la zona di parcheggio non è sicuro. Perché la nostra moto in affitto sta muovendo da ieri sera, e il nostro casco è perso, con l'esito che siamo così in battaglia per muoverci l'altro posto, come sapete, senza casco la polizia mi fermerà. Ho riportato questa situazione al parcheggio del personale, ma non ci sono scuse o altri dire scusa per questa situazione dal personale incaricato o di gestione, dicono solo ”Helm and hilang bukan tanggung jawab kami ( la tua cascata non è nostra responsabilità )”. Stiamo soggiornando 3 notti come stranieri con saluti o ospiti e l'ultima notte abbiamo perso il nostro casco e non ci sono soluzione e un altro non ci sono tessuti aggiuntivi ( faccia o tessuto igienico), caffè e zucchero, Acqua minerale (ampiezza ) dal primo giorno e quando si formano spazio non lo hanno cambiato, dobbiamo dire alla ricezione proprio per questo, perché un'industria ospite sappiamo spazio e servizio è il prodotto di base. So che questi sono nuovi hotel, ma senza i clienti di servizio non vogliono tornare.Grazie e buoni applausi.

Very close and convenient to the airport. Rather than waiting for the free shuttle, we downloaded the Grab app for a fast pickup and ride. The hotel staff were very helpful via WhatsApp in advance of our stay and we appreciated their excellent communication skills in English while we were there. The breakfast was fun and impressive in a beautiful big dining room with lots of fresh food options and jazz music for ambiance. Room was very clean and spacious--we asked for an extra bed so three adults could stay in our room and they actually set it up with two extra beds! Would definitely stay here again going in or out of Medan. There is an ATM in the lobby, very helpful given the challenges of finding money exchangers. Note, the hotel's name has changed--it is now D'Prima Hotel Kualanamu, not Prime Plaza.
