Hotel in zona HKBP PERSATUAN SELAMBO, Medan

Le camere sono buone, belle e pulite, io rimango con la mia famiglia durante la vacanza di fine anno, la camera da bagno buona e pulita, abbiamo preso la camera della famiglia e la camera grande e ben arredata, Grazie per l'onorevole Suhendra Marjan, il CEHK, che ha già organizzato la stanza in modo adeguato e ha fatto una vacanza memorabile.

Un giorno così bello che passo lì .. la vista era anche molto sorprendente.. e il servizio era così buono.. Vieni a visitare molto presto di nuovo inshaAllah

Ho avuto un piacevole soggiorno qui, buon ambiente, amare l'odore della stanza e lobby. Il colazione è anche buono, molte varietà. Il personale è molto buono, così amichevole e utile. Non si pentirà di rimanere qui. Molto consigliato e prezzo conveniente. Ho incontrato Fauziah e lei è così gentile

In generale, le strutture senza isolamento sono più vecchie, ma il servizio è buono per soddisfare gli standard dell'hotel a basso costo

The restaurant in Aryaduta called The Kitchen, I have tried their Watermelon Yogurt, and it was delicious. I couldn't finish and ask them pack for me, they even take the initiative to send it to my room. Very good service.

friendly people's and helpful, nice and clean, nice restaurant and bar near by fit for western people's as foods if you don't expect on Indonesian foods, I highly recommend.

I stayed here 4-nights for a conference that’s also happening in this hotel. So many things have gone wrong and enough reasons for me not coming back. 1. The reception (or should I said “deception”?), misguided me. They said my room is upgraded to Premiere room, with complimentary afternoon tea, and minibar. More about this below. 2. Went to the room but nothing special, also the weird furniture placement makes the room smaller. Room has view but mostly just building roofs. Appreciate the giant shower head though. 3. Went for afternoon tea with my business colleague and the waitress said I’m not eligible for the complimentary. She said the receptionist made a mistake. Fine. 4. Got a call from reception, she said that Ieft my ID card at the reception. Which can be avoided if she did not forget to pass the ID card back after she copied it in. Went back to reception to get my ID card, and ask the reception about the afternoon tea to confirm whether I’m eligible or not. She said not and the minibar also not free unfortunately. Thank God I haven’t eat anything from the minibar 5. Breakfast at level 3 is unorganized, chaotic, and basically madness without crowd control. However I managed to get to the level 10 which is more quiet. Food quality is average. 6. I realized an item missing from the minibar, I did not consume them at all. I called in the operator and they were like “are you sure you’re staying alone, Sir?” I’m like… unbelieveable, why don’t you check with the housekeeping if they removed it or else? I just don’t want it to be billed on my room charge. I know it’s just a potato chip that I could easily replace from minimart, but imagine if they took other items and then billed it to your room. 7. The only nice experience I had in this hotel is the dinner, food surprisingly decent. Also the service is nice (maybe because we were the only customers?). Oh and concierge staffs also very helpful keeping my deliveries and helping me with my stuff when I checked out without me asking.

Si punterebbe 5-6 stelle se si possono fornire asciugamani puliti e ”bianchi” che si aspettava per un hotel 4-star. Come tutti gli asciugamani sembrano tiniti e ”gri” :( Altrimenti, tutto è stato perfetto :)

Il loro servizio è grande. La loro stanza è accogliente e pulita. La loro posizione è vicina al Merdeka Walk e al Deli Park Mall. Dietro l'hotel c'è anche KFC. Grazie per HM Bu Emmy, che mi saluta sempre, Kak Merita, che mi permette di rimanere un mese con un buon prezzo, Kak Ayu, che aiuta bene e Kak Yori, che pulisce bene la mia stanza. Anche tutta la squadra che non posso menzionare il nome uno per uno. Ben fatto, squadra. Continuate a lavorare!

Looks grand hotel from Marriot… but - not helpful although we are their group members… but to the politic figures also staying there special treatment… - I just request away from noise but they intentionally subject me to more noises. STRESSED!!!! - the bed are small. - the toilet only overhead shower. - no shaver and no comb… - the fridge not cold… - the breakfast food so…so… food not hot and are hard… food not replenish immediately… the only nice food is the Lontong Medan… - the bar serve margarita was bad… For me, I will skip this hotel where possible… unless there are no more better hotel…
