Very affordable hotel at 5 usd per day. Room is clean air conditioner strong. Many food and shops around it. Maybe the water not strong in the shower and don't have hot water.

NNaomiThis is our first experience where we stayed at a hotel and we are not allowed to have an extra towels 🙈. We booked a family room, and it’s only had 4 towels while we ate a party of 6 included 2 little babies and 1 9 years old boy. So I called and asked if it’s possible to have 2 extra towels or at least 1 towels and the answer is a firm no with the explaining of the hotel SOP. I don’t even bother to argue cause I think it’s just senseless.
I tried to explained that we are a party of 6 and we have only 4 towels inside the rooms. But that’s the hotel standard and nothing they can do 🤦🏻♀️
It was my mom’s birthday so we have a cake ready and would like to surprise her on the early morning, however we forgot to bring the lighter. So I rang the operator and asked if they have any hotels matches, I also explained our situation why we need the matches on that time. But they simply said no. And then, I asked him if it’s possible to borrow one from the HK staff whoever are on duty on that day just to light the candle and return it right away.. but the operator said the only person that he knows smoking and have a lighter is off that day.

NnjqeugeneFirst time staying at this hotel. Great counter service, staff was able to converse in English. Room was clean and toiletries were refilled every day. No complaints at all. Super close to the main train station which connects directly to the airport. Breakfast starts at 0630 to 1000. Every day's menu is different. One slight downside is that the dishes are labelled in Bahasa Indonesian, so you might need some help if you really want to know what the dishes are served. At 0700, the buffet starts the live omelette station and noodle station.
Housekeeping is done every day. Linens are clean, no smell, towels are also very clean. Good job to the hotel. Would recommend all types of travellers to stay.

SSoloveraLa posizione è super strategica. Camminare a molte attrazioni turistiche e centri. Sicuro per i viaggiatori soli per rimanere qui. Camera come per pubblicità. Grandi servizi di mantenimento della casa. Sento che viene trattato come un re qui. Tutti i membri del personale sono molto gentili e sempre grandi. Sono fantastici colazione pacchetti. I servizi del front desk sono ben parlati in inglese.

UUtente ospiteSo lovely! I stayed in a king junior suite which was great value for money. My room was spotless, it was such a treat to use the free toiletries, wear the robe and slippers, use the coffee machine and variety of coffees, sleep in the huge comfy bed and watch my Netflix. The restaurant has huge windows perfect for watching the sunset and the variety and quality of food was brilliant. I also loved the pool with fresh towels on the sun beds and waterfall feature. The best thing about it though was the lovely staff who couldn’t be more helpful. Only downside is it’s such a busy location, I didn’t venture out much I preferred the peace of the hotel. It’s not far from the airport though and the receptionist booked my taxi for me. I am definitely staying here next time I visit :)

UUtente ospiteQuindi, io e mio marito siamo andati a Medan recentemente e hanno deciso di rimanere in questo hotel per 2 giorni. Direi che non è un piacevole soggiorno. C'era questo odore di meraviglia al corridoio e nella stanza. L'edificio non è ben mantenuto, possiamo dire. C'è cricket nella stanza. *Ho paura del mio ****.
Anche dall'inizio, il condotto d'aria è abbastanza freddo e c'è un rumore così strano se riduciamo la temperatura, bt abbiamo detto che già al suo massimo freddo e il rumore si spegnerà in un po'. Hahaha. Come previsto, il cond d'aria ws nt funziona in mezzo alla notte. Hmmmm ... abbiamo deciso di trasferirci in un altro hotel il giorno successivo.
Quindi, per favore mantenete il vostro hotel, ragazzi.🙏 🙏 🙏

DDarwin KHo avuto una esperienza amarevole di soggiornare in questo appartamento. Per le cose buone: l'appartamento è strategicamente situato vicino al centro della città, la camera è spaziosa con tutte le attrezzature di base. Tuttavia, ci sono 2 cose sgradevoli. Prima di tutto, non c'è unità non fumatori, eccetto per i tipi di camera di alta definizione. Ho entrato in un'unità con l'odore di fumo residuo, probabilmente da un ospite precedente. La mia camera era di fronte a una giornata stradale, e ogni rumore rumore dalle auto/biciclette modificate penetrava la stanza come se non ci fosse una finestra da iniziare. Non c'era un'orecchia che l'appartamento poteva fornire, anche se non era il primo feedback che hanno ricevuto da ospiti precedenti, e non potevo dormire tutta la notte. Ho prenotato 4 notti e immediatamente lasciato dopo la prima notte. Il servizio era piuttosto decente, ma il servizio clienti cercava di usare un purificatore d’aria per assorbire l’odore del fumo e cercava di trasferirmi in altre stanze senza alcun vantaggio a causa di un simile problema di rumore.

UUtente ospiteStruttura abbastanza vecchia con camere alquanto antiquate. Ne ho cambiate due, una peggio dell'altra. Staff gentile e cordiale ma non sempre all'altezza delle richieste. La colazione è buona ma bisogna essere in sala per le sette o altrimenti, se ci vai tardi, non trovi piú nulla.
