Most disgusting hotel room iv ever seen. Went back to office they said they would give me my money back and didnt. Called 3 diff numbers and just give me the run around. The ceiling was falling in. Filthy floors and walls. Mold in the bathroom. Curtains falling down. I really think it's a crack house

I found bed bugs in my room! Absolutely disgusting. When I asked management to move me to another room, they were rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. After a long and unnecessary argument, they finally agreed to switch my room — but by then the experience was already ruined. I do not trust this hotel’s cleanliness or customer service. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. I’ve attached photos so others can see what I encountered.

This is a dirty, creepy hotel. My room had a big puddle on the floor. The fridge had been turned off and defrosted. The floor and tub were dirty. There were no towels. At midnight, staff expected Maxwell down and get them. I got bed bug bites all over me! I got no refund. Don’t stay here!

Easy off highway access. On backside of property--very quiet, so no highway noise. Plenty of parking. We were attending a sporting event the following day in Melissa, TX about 5 miles away, very convenient. Staff extremely friendly during check-in & check-out. Room clean & comfortable. Budget friendly & great value! Would stay here again if in the area.

Broken A/C thermostat. Could only increase temperature and the button to decrease the temperature was not functional at all. When I arrived at 1AM, it was 77° in the room. I was moved into a new room at 1:25PM and I found the exterior security door to not close completely and I had to use the door latch to secure it.

The handicap room was well designed and better than most. The bathtub had plenty of rails to grab. A shower seat was provided. The room was clean and had a microwave and refrigerator. The people are friendly and the price was very reasonable.

Property was clean inside and out. Looks to be newly remodeled. Staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. Amazing price. Owner checked us in he was nice as well. Loved that there was no carpet!! Pool area was clean and pool was clean/clear. Ac and tv worked in room. Ice maker worked as well. Shower was clean no mold! Entire room was updated. Wish there was usb plugs somewhere in the room. That’s my only complaint. Would stay here again.
