The second floor ceiling is slanted and can get low. At its lowest point, it will have a height between 6 feet to 8 feet. The house has its own entrance, garages, front yard, deck and a new 8 foot fence surrounding a big back yard too. There is a around half acre piece of land for the house guests to use. The RV next door which is not open for our house guests. (It has its own private fence and entrance too). Guest numberThis house allowed 12 adults only and 4 more kids sleep in （Under 2 years old baby are free, allow 2 babies per stay).We hope all our guest can keep this environment quiet and serene as a city escape area. The kitchen has white granite counter and a large harvest sink. The coziness is palpable in this cute apartment. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids or furry friends (or pets).
