The Cass House is a 3BR/2BA house with full kitchen, dining & living areas. The house sits on 10 acres of land & is surrounded by the Ozark National Forest. You can access the Mulberry River from the property, a short 100-yard walk from the house. We are centrally located to a variety of outdoor attractions & entertainment. It is located on Hwy 215 and is about 4 mi to Byrd’s Adventure Center, 3 mi to Turner Bend, 3 mi to Mulberry Mountain, and 2 mi to Redding Recreation Area. The space The house is 110+ years old and has been renovated throughout the years. The kitchen has been newly updated and is equipped for any cooking/dining needs. The master bathroom has also been updated and includes a whirlpool tub. There is a lot of space for living and dining. The living room includes a fireplace and entertainment center. The Cass House is ideal for families and small groups. Overall, the house is very charming and inviting space with lots of natural light to enjoy with friends and family. The exterior of the house is surrounded by 2 covered patios and one deck to provide 360 views of the gorgeous natural Ozark National Forest landscape. There is an outdoor grill available as well as an outdoor fire pit. As we are in the Mulberry River Valley, our visitors have been known to catch beautiful sunsets from the back porch. It is a very peaceful and serene setting and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or nightcap when the weather is amicable. The Cass House is a historic staple in the area and has been home to our family for decades.
