Ya'll this place is a really nice. My BF and I needed a place to stay close and were pleasantly surprised to get the best night's sleep in a motel! The beds are amazing and are on adjustable frames so if you sleep with a snorer, they got you. It was very clean, and the people are so nice and accommodating that run the place. If you are second guessing this place, don't . Just stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience the owners were more than caring when it came to my wife's health issue Raj was amazing. The room was absolutely clean the bed was awesome it's adjustable up and down and it made watching the television without straining. The sheets and towels were absolutely spotless. The lake just right on the road the grocery store just right up the road everything within walking distance really so yes this was a five star stay Think I could rate it 10 star it would have 10 star

Nothing fancy but the room was clean and accommodating. Bed was very comfortable and it was quiet. The owner was very nice and made sure room was clean. The A/C temp wouldn’t go below 68 degrees and it got a little hot overnight but overall it was a nice stay. We were in the area to go to the Plum Branch fall trail ride.

I’d stay at Bel Mar Inn over some million dollar hotel for a night! VERY Clean & Comfortable beds! Shower is amazing! Surroundings is Great and People especially RoJ!!! Clean up Crew is great! All around GREAT place to stay! I’d recommend to anyone!! Definitely will be coming back!

Owner was very nice and bed was confortable. Hotel is worn out and needs to be updated. lamp shades were torn, sink stopper did not work, cigarette burns on toilet seat, towes were paper thin and trash was not emptied. Great price for room but would not stay again because of condition of room. Rooms were not serviced durng stay., and had to ask at office for additional towels. Rated average due to price of room being so low.

This is the only hotel in McCormick. The rooms are clean, everything works and the beds are comfy and even have tilt features. The TV works and I had four bars with Verizon. It’s also very close to Clark’s Hill Lake for fishermen. I would stay here again.

Don't be alarmed when you see the outside. It would look better with a coat of paint, but the inside is much better than you expect it to be upon arrival!! The bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. There was a small refrigerator and microwave inside our room, even though I didn't think there would be. Hard to beat for the price!! I would not hesitate to stay again! The owner is very accommodating, and friendly!! Very quick to address any issues you may have! PET FRIENDLY!! Also, the beds are adjustable, the head lifts up for convenient tv watching. All of the rooms are entered from the outside.

Talk about basic, pillows about 3 inches thick. Tv hardly worked. Terrible smell has been smoked in. I went on the reviews, God only know what these people have stayed in before. The Owners were friendly at least. Hopefully I can sleep through the smell.

We certainly were not expecting a 5 star hotel for the price that we paid. The hotel was clean and neat, well appointed and convenient to the things that we needed to access. The owners were very friendly upon our check in and showed us all the things that we would need. The hotel is just outside of town and near the few restaurants that are located in McCormick. I certainly would recommend the Bar-Mel Inn to anyone that is going to, or through, McCormick and needing a place to stay.
