Welcome to the Best Western Plus McCall Lodge Suites!
We are located in the beautiful mountains of central Idaho in the resort town of McCall. We are right across from the McCall airport and we are one mile from Payette Lake.
Payette Lake is a pristine mountain lake that offers a variety of water sports. McCall has over 500 miles of public trails for hiking or biking and you can come and explore our Ponderosa State Park. We have two ski resorts Brundage Mountain Resort and Tamarack Resort that offer activities year around. We have five golf courses in the area and nearly every outdoor sport you can imagine is close to our McCall hotel.
We are a pet-friendly hotel and allow pets in our standard queen or king rooms. We know how important having your furry companion is during your outdoor adventures. We have a heated pool, whirlpool and dry sauna nothing feels better than relaxing in the warm water after playing hard in mountains.

This was a lovely 2-night stay. Exceeded expectations in the areas of: pool/hot tub/sauna, room, breakfast and friendliness of staff. The property seemed newer and furnishings were nice. I didn't expect the hot tub and didn't use it but the sauna and pool were very nice.
The bad: I did see tile or two missing in a bathroom and pool area and a small glass shelf in our bathroom wasn't wiped clean but also wasn't super dirty. Bed pillows were too big for my taste but the rest of the bed was great and I slept well.

Adequate set up for the money paid. Hotel was empty and staff was a little too stickler when starting to call at 11 am for checkout.

Had to get a room last minute, booked one online in about 5 minutes. When we checked in we immediately got showered up to go get some dinner. Had an issue with the room that was immediately resolved by the front desk. In the morning we went to get breakfast and the chef came over to greet us and ask if we wanted anything in particular, tslked a little bit, then knowing we were from out of town gave us some breakfast sandwiches for later. We travel a lot for work... best service by a hotel/motel I've experienced.

Pleasant stay. Breakfast was super good and all staff were very friendly. Clean, quiet and the pool area family friendly.

Hotel was great. They also changed the night easily and without question to the night before- something I tried to do through Orbitz but the Orbitz Rep claimed they wouldn’t change it when they called.
Next time I will book direct, which was cheaper.

Our hotel room was amazing we had a jacuzzi tub inside and a fireplace. The lobby was really nice.

We had a great time during our stay. The room was so cool, the air conditioning was fabulous after a day on the boat. The swimming pool was slightly heated perfect to get into. Our kids loved breakfast and swimming.

The staff was extremly helpful. The one strange thing was that housekeeping doesn't pay any attention to the "clean room" signs on the door. We found that out by calling the front desk because our "hanger" was missing and they hadn't cleaned the room. We were told we had to call the front desk to request our room be cleaned.
