Gut Stiluppe - 4 Sterne Superior Good Life Hotel

The Gut Stiluppe just finished its renovation, and while the new parts look stunning, the upgrade has yet to proliferate to all parts of the place activity. Specifically, it feels the kitchen needs to really improve - morning eggs arrived at odd shapes (like scrambled eggs that weren’t scrambled before fried), and coffee with regular milk after we explained of a lactose intolerance. I think it will take a bit more time until the service gets to the level of facilities.

This is a beautiful and newly renovated hotel. All the staff were wonderful and attentive, Manfred leads from the front with his exuberance and professionalism and Chila on reception was lovely to chat to and made us laugh especially when trying to pull the door by the spa! 😝. The spa areas are fantastic with a mix of textile areas and adult only textile frei areas which accommodates all. The rooms are quirky and spacious and have lots of extras to enjoy. A really well thought out secure boot room is excellent. The hotel is a 10-15 minute walk into the main town area but once we got used to the bus timetable it wasn’t a problem. The buses are annoyingly 20 minutes apart and stop just after 5pm but this is a Mayrhoven problem rather than the hotel. We had two dinners at the hotel both were excellent especially the six course New Years Eve meal which was a credit to the chef and the wait staff. This hotel will undoubtedly shine and we wish Manfred and all the staff the very best. I can highly recommend staying here…

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Rooms were spacious with fantastic facilities - right down to fresh coffee and cafetière in the room. The spa was lovely, especially the Hammam. Also had a massage which was fab. Breakfast variety was amply both European and continental well stocked and fresh. The evening meal was amazing - 5 star dining. To get to the gondola for skiing there's a bus stop 5min walk which runs every 15min or you can walk to the gondola in @ 18min. If we return to this ski area will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you Gutshof for our wonderful stay.

Family stay for 4. Nice view at the mountains, clean hotel with friendly staff. We needed an early check in, an the hotel fixed that very Nicely. We tried the kabelbane 10 minuttes walk of the hotel. + Pool Large clean rooms Staff service - Vasps at the outside restaurant

Wir waren 9 Nächte in Gut Stiluppe und sind mit dem Zug aus der Schweiz angereist. Wir wurden pünktlich am Bahnhof (unentgeltlich) abgeholt und für die Abreise auch wieder hingebracht. Wir hatten ein geräumiges und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Das Bad entspricht nicht mehr ganz dem heutigen Standard. Die Zimmer (und überhaupt das ganze Hotel) waren immer sehr sauber. Es war möglich, im Zimmer selber Kaffee oder einen Tee aufzugiessen. Die verschiedenen Bäder waren toll, auch die Gartensauna. Die adults-only-Sauna war etwas stark verwinkelt und wirkte nicht sehr grosszügig. In der Gartensauna fehlten die Liegen, dafür musste man in die aldults-only-Sauna oder in den Bäderbereich. Auch den Fitnessbereich haben wir genutzt, er war ausreichend bestückt. Das Frühstückbuffet war umfangreich und bis am Schluss immer bestens gefüllt. Das Abendessen hatte hohe Qualität und hat gut gemundet. Man hatte immer ausreichend Auswahlmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es nahm sich Zeit für die Gäste und war immer auch für einen Schwatz bereit. Schön war auch, dass man den Hoteldirektor immer wieder an der Front, auch im Service, mitarbeiten sah (einmal sogar beim Serviettenfalten!). Auf Wunsch wurde uns sogar, entgegen dem Menü-Plan, ein Wildteller aus einem Partner-Hotel organisiert! Vielen Dank! Abzüge in der Bewertung sind auf die Lage (etwas ausserorts und weiter weg vom Bahnhof - dafür mit einer tollen Aussicht und auf das Freizeitangebot zurückzuführen. Letzteres war doch stark auf das Wandern ausgelegt und meistens mit ähnlichen Streckenverläufen mit grossen Steigungen. Freude hätten wir auch an einem Angebot zu Kaffee und Kuchen gehabt. Wir können das Gut Stilupp auf jeden Fall empfehlen und können uns gut vorstellen, dort wieder einmal Halt zu machen.

Super mooi hotel, uitgebreide en prachtige wellness met schitterend buitenzwembad. Het eten is verrukkelijk, zoveel aandacht aan besteedt en erg smaakvol. Iedere avond een ander menu. Onze suite (suite 68 m2) is gerenoveerd en geweldig ingericht, heel ruim met een gigantisch mooi uitzicht. We hebben erg genoten van alles. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en gastvrij. Wij raden dit prachtige hotel ten zeerste aan.
