Was otherwise a nice stay but we were forced to leave at 9 when checkout was clearly stated on the door as 10. Someone lost a key and we offered to pay the €70 (even though no key costs €70, more like €4) and the owner took our €100 and refused to give the €30 change. He then started shouting at one of the women in the group and ended up using aggressive language, swearing at us as we were getting out the door - all before the clearly stated 10am checkout time. So unprofessional and ruined an otherwise great holiday.

Well located near the bus station, renovated and large terrace. The appartement was clean and the towels are regularly changed. We also enjoyed the sauna, and the warm welcome. Only remark is that the cutlery was limited for the 4 of us. We recommend the stay.

We have just returned from a 6 night stay at Rosenhof Apartments. We were in Mayrhofen for the Snowbombing Festival - to ski & Apres. We were a group of 5 friends. We knew that we were being placed in a 5 person apartment & had prior concerns that the space would be cramped. Our concerns were wrong, the apartment that we received was well equipped & very spacious for the 5 of us. 3 slept in the bedroom & 2 on the sofa bed. The sofa bed was huge, very comfortable & unlike any sofa bed I had seen in other places. Along with the sofa bed, there was a seated area with table & chairs. A fully equipped kitchen, tv & doors out onto a balcony with beautiful views. The food market was a short walk & the ski resort bus was a 2min walk. There was a sauna that we regretfully didn't use. It looked great! If we had to point out any negatives, it would be the lack of pillows - one per head was a little disappointing. The Smart Tv was mainly German with only news in English. We would have loved the option of signing into our Netflix. Minor cons. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

Myself and family stayed for the third time at the Birkenhof/Rosenhof (hotel/apartments next to each other under same ownership). Markus and Katharina are both really friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable and literally 2 minutes walk from the train station and a few minutes walk into town. I would definitely recommend and will be heading back some time in the next few years!

Gaestehaus Rosenhof is a very nice place 2stay. Well located nearby the citycenter. The appartements are very nice, the beds are awesome and you can relax in the very nice garden nearby the swimmingpool. The owners of this place are very nice people and helped and informed us very well.

Top apartement met eigen badkamers en seperate keuken en woonkamer, alles was erg schoon. De bedden waren goed en lagen lekker. Mooie ligging dicht bij het centrum van Mayerhofen. Aan de overkant een bakker en een prima restaurant. We hebben ons er prima vermaakt.

Wie in den vergangenen Jahren sind wir wieder im 🌹 Gästehaus 🌹 Hof zum 7ten mal gewesen um hier unseren Urlaub zu verbringen.In dieser Zeit hat sich viel getan die Gartenanlage mit dem Badeteich den neuen Apartments im Rosenhof sind zu erwähnen was sehr gut gelungen ist.Wir hatten das neue Apartment „Stilluptal“was uns sehr gut 👍 gefallen hat die Wohnküche Schlafzimmer und Bad👌Mehr kann Ich nicht hinzufügen Der Katharina u.Markus der ganzen Familie schöne Grüße 🖖 Bis hoffentlich bis zum nächsten Jahr Maria und Rainer

Super fijn appartement! De kamers zijn ruim en schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooral de lekkere douche, het grote balkon en de ruime slaapkamers zijn echt fijn! Daarnaast ligt het gebouw naast de bushalte van het dorp dus heb je altijd een zitplek in de bus en ben je in de ochtend zo bij de lift naar boven. Wanneer je terug thuis komt kun je je skischoenen aan een verwarmd schoenenrek hangen en zelf de sauna in. Wie wil dat nou niet? Tot slot is de eigenaresse super aardig en erg behulpzaam. Deze eigenaren hebben de gasten op 1 en dat merk je overal aan! 10/10 would recommend

Familie Moigg ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist traumhaft, das Saunahäuschen lässt keine wünsche offen. Alles wird noch abgerundet von einem Naturbadeteich neben der Sauuna. Spielplatz für Kinder mit Trampolin alles in einer genialen Landschaft. Hunde sind bei Familie Moigg sehr wilkommen. Parkplätze vor dem Haus, Bäckerei nebenan, Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Gondel wird man hingefahren. Die Wohnungen groß, jedes Zimmer mit eigenem Bad, Terasse rund um die ganze Wohnung. Einfach herrlich. Gerne wieder
