Hotel in zona Amazon Rescue Center, Maynas Province

Visitando la ciudad de Iquitos con mis amigos, como todos sabemos ,escojemos un lugar para llegar y descansar plácidamente ese servicio nos brindo este reconocido hotel ,que por Nombre lleva alojamiento el cardenal ,al preguntar el nombre del por qué le pusieron el cardenal la señorita nos explicó muy cordial y amablemente y muy atenta a nuestras preguntas, que el cardenal es un ave..... Al ingresar a sus habitaciones muy bonito y limpio y se siente una comodidad como en casa, la atención es de primera con la amabilidad y el carisma y sobretodo el respeto que te tratan ( gracias alojamiento el cardenal) pronto estaremos con más amigos para disfrutar de sus habitaciones y elegancia que les caracteriza... Lo recomiendo!!!!!

My family and I have been staying at this hotel for the past 20 years, whenever we come through Iquitos which is almost every year. This is the only hotel we stay at when we’re in Iquitos. They’re reliable, honest, and the hotel is lovely. The new renovations have made it an even nicer place to stay. They have great breakfast and clean rooms. The staff are always very warm, welcoming, and super helpful.

Per questo hotel ho molte osservazioni che sono: Check-in : Al momento dell'ingresso tutto è stato lento; e il peggio di tutto è che l'hotel non aveva un bottone vicino che poteva aiutarci al momento. Dopo un po' ci hanno aiutato. Colazione : La tariffa ha la colazione americana incluso. Tuttavia, ci hanno dato solo l'opzione di bere calda, uova, succo e pane. Ma la colazione americana include piatto di frutta, jamón e formaggio. Questo è stato possibile. Ma qui comincio la mia cattiva esperienza; il personale che serve il ristorante abbastanza apatico. Abbiamo preso la colazione il 4 Nov Plan di 8;30 am dove abbiamo ordinato però tutto è arrivato tardi; il cameriere sembrava più perso, mi porta il succo dopo 15 minuti il caffè e le uova mi sono arrivate alle 9: 15 più di mezz'ora in attesa di una colazione così semplice. completamente deluso dal servizio. Si noti che non c'è una maestra nel salotto perché il personale non si prende cura di niente; non si saluta, e se non sei una tavola che appartiene alla sua zona; vedi che alzi la mano e non ti fanno caso; e il peggio non c'era nessuno per almeno capire. Chiedi un check-out tardi; il reptzionista mi assegna la hab 103 e poi tutti abbiamo messo le valigie in questa stanza. Tuttavia mi ha chiamato a mezz'ora per dirmi di no; che ora era la stanza 303 e mi offro di spostare le mie cose (avevo già creato disturbare noi). Check out : Siamo stati 9 persone immaginano la quantità di bagagli che abbiamo e un bambino di 2 anni e due adulti più grandi. Nessun bottoni ci aiuterà a scendere il nostro bagaglio; né alla reception, né a imbarcare le valigie in macchina. Siamo andati e la receptionista non ci vedo, né un pio, né addio. giaiaia Nell'età di 11 anni che lavoravo in un hotel 5* non avrei mai lasciato il mio ospite senza dirmi addio e prima di chiedergli come sono andato. ** NUOVO RITORNO AQUI** Questo posto è sopravvalutato

We booked an overnight stay on a Saturday and were excited when we arrived at the hotel, it had a pool and the lobby was well appointed. Unfortunately, no one told us there would be a party. We were looking forward to a dip in the pool and dinner but were not able to do either as the entire space was used for the private party. The noise was horrendous, we couldn't hear the tv or go to sleep. This went on until after 1230am. The next morning the person at the front desk told us we would not be charged for the breakfast to make up for the noise. They also metionned that they often have private parties. I had one coffee and my husband had a pastry with 2 slices of cheese and coffee and we were charged 32$ for breakfast. If you do opt for this hotel, you may want to confirm that there are no private parties during your stay.

Such a amazing hotel, incredibly lovely and helpful stuff, they help carry all luggage to the rooms and we're so friendly and always avaliable. The owner is a incredibly lovely lady who made sure we had e everything we needed and more. Always a pleasure arriving at la casona.

I stayed at this hotel as part of being a volunteer for Earthwatch Amazon riverboat program. This is such a delightful, cute and charming hotel located strategically in the center of town within a short few minutes walk to restaurants and shops and the main square Plaza Armas de Iquitos. The room was grand and clean, very spacious with high ceiling and excellent layout. The huge bed and pillows were comfortable. I was also impressed with the massive bathroom. The staff was all very friendly. Michael was exceptionally helpful. Ask him for a tour of the cultural and historical museums. I would highly recommend staying here at Casa Morey for an authentic stay at a historical building at a very affordable price.
