I was shocked when I knew the Trip.com charges were 80% higher than the actual hotel daily rates.
I was asked to vacate by 11.00 as sub vendor of Trip. Com, Make my trip’s terms and condition with Palms hotel was like that. Whereas as my booking from Trip. Com was until 12.00 noon. Palm’s management didn’t even recognise the Trip. Com and informed me that they didn’t hear such name before.
Now I regret that I used Trip. Com for my bookings

1. Bathroom donot have exhaust fan. Wet floors 2. Additional bed have pungent smell 3. Reception people have bad attitude 4. Before you check in , check for towels , bed sheet , bed spread , cupboard and all. During check out they will charge you for what you have not done . Like damaged towel)

The rooms was ok, neat and clean. The food was very average, the management is not giving any importance to the food, no variety nor given items was also not that great or good. For the cost they get almost equal to a ii tire location and the service they give on food and other amenities on stay is complete zero. I will not stay again with pams hotel.

* room was spacious enough for 2 people with a sep. Wardrobe area. * we had breakfast (compl, lunch and dinner. Food was good and reasonably priced. * location is convenient, in the heart of the city and near the mylai bus stand. * new lifts, good and simple decor.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at HOTEL PAMS in Executive room from 15th October to 19th October. Centrally located, Room is well maintained with prompt house keeping and room service. Reception staff is very courteous and the GM of the hotel takes adequate care of guests by personal monitoring. Travel Desk is very effective and the Driver one Mr.Ilayaraja is very helpful and as he knows the routes for different temples around Mayiladuthurai very well he suggests good practical guidance . All the best to Hotel PAMS. K. SANKARANARAYANAN

The booking through maker mytrio made my stay hasslefree and the property was also cosy, ambient service with tasty food. I strongly recommend others for a pleasant stay.

Policy mentioned there is refund but they refused to give refund so raised complaint no response don’t book
