Very nice hotel. Staffs are courteous and they really made our stay special. It was our wedding anniversary and mr shrivam of the front office spare no effort to make our stay soooo special. Food was great, breakfast was even better...We had a pleasant surprise of receiving a small cake at dinner as a gift... These kinds of details make you feel very special...all the staffs without distinction is very kind.... the courtyard is well maintained and the swimming pool is fantastic...I would recommend this hotel and it's a superb place to relax... The rooms are very spacious and luxurious. Furthermore, it is surrounded by nature but at the same time very near to all important amenities...

I recently stayed at Hotel Jadis and had an outstanding experience. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout my visit. I want to extend a special thank you to Mr. Kiran and Mr. Justice at the reception for their exceptional service and assistance. Hanna from the restaurant also deserves a mention for her warm and attentive service. Every member of the team contributed to making my stay truly memorable. I highly recommend Hotel Jadis for its wonderful staff and exceptional hospitality.

The Resort atmosphere was breathtaking and the personnel delivered an outstanding consistent service, especially Mr Arvin. He was also very quick and efficient through the email confirmation a day before the dinner. Since a week before, I was trying to book through Messenger like last time with the social media manger(Chris) who delivered effectively my needs and request for a set menu, but this time, the person who texted back mentioned that they are currently running Punjabi menu instead of Singaporean Menu which I knew. Even though, I decided to go with the Indian menu, requested with some changes but he/she said I was welcome but not guarantee. I was not pleased at all and understood that was not the same service I received in February. As it was meant for us to be there on that particular date, a day before I decide to call directly and to my surprise, I got to speak to the amazing Chef Prakash directly. And with a bright and humble energy, he took my requests. You can smell 5* culture from a distance. The food was so delicious and service was 5*. Mr. Arvin took good care of us and the African girl was very kind. We had a great time. Recommendation: Existing staff understand the hospitality culture better and they can upgrade to management level through proper guidance of further academic knowledge and empowerment to avoid staff turnover. New comers lack of genuine culture. Thank you Mr Arvin, Chef Prakash and Team.

Le Jadis is the most beautiful resort we have ever visited. Lush, tropical gardens, stunning ocean views and stylish, luxurious accommodation. We stayed in an ocean-front, jet-pool suite, with terrace, heated infinity pool, huge marble bath, hammam, and shower. The food was delicious, the restaurant ambience lovely, and included musicians and pianists playing in the evening. The staffing and customer service was first class. We thanked everyone who assisted us during our stay, all were excellent. Nana, Remu, Tina, Faima, Reuben are some of the staff who helped make our holiday memorable. Thank you for our complimentary anniversary dinner, romantic bath and breakfast on the terrace, during our holiday in paradise.

Stayed at the Oceanfront Luxury Pool Suite. What a fantastic room!! The private infinity pool is super photogenic and presents a beautiful view to wake up to. The resort is extremely picturesque, featuring multiple swimming pools. Staff were all friendly, lots of choice at breakfast and dinner. The beachfront is scenic and the resort offers free water activities eg. Stand up paddle board. Overall, an amazing stay. ❤️

* Lizard and Geckos come in through seeling and roof , everytime we goes to the room we found a new lizard (more than one). * the room wasn't clean and the furnture were very tired and old. * the first room had a broken window in the bathroom so every lizard can go in. * the second room had no view , the heater wasn't working first and the bidet also wasn't working first, we didn't asked for it so it's not an upgrade, and had holes in the floor in ther doors (near the pool below) * waking up early because of the noise and construction works. * the heater noise for the above swiming pool was very noisy and it had to be turned off at 10 P.M. * bugs sepray in all over the room to get the lizards and geckos out which was not working got us all caughing. * coudn't use the shower area because it was filled with to many lizards and insects. * but the whole team were very nice.

All in all, the hotel's architecture is exquisite, serene, and soothing. The space was passable. This is not a swimming beach.It was all-inclusive, although there weren't many options for lunch. They don't have Heineken or Phoenix, so forget about trying the renowned Mauritian beer. Instead, they sell Singha, Thirsty Fox, and Blue Marlin. The level of service was average. We are grateful to the professional Alvin, Vishwam, Aniketh, AY, Roobesh, and Tina. Conversely, Renu exhibits a problematic attitude; she lacks professionalism, ought to take her surroundings into consideration before speaking, and her aggressive demeanour was repulsive and unsettling.
