This is a 2nd floor unit so there are stairs.My wife and I have been residents of Wailea since 1980. We live right across the street from the Palms so if anything should arise we are right there to take care of it. It is a short 10-15 min. walk to the Shops Of Wailea (great place to relax and people watch. Newly remodeled mall with outdoor seating everywhere, top restaurants/shops) Wailea Hotels are nearby and the best walking/running path along the Ocean. We are 10 min. walk down to the best beaches in all of Maui and 10 min. walk to the Andaz hotel and 15 min. to the Island Gourmet supermarket at The Shops At Wailea with a DELI that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner that you can take out or eat while there.
