E'un hotel decente senza frittelle. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. La stanza era pulita ma indossata. Non c'è una spiaggia e mi dispiace se ci sono persone strane che vivano intorno. Penso che ci siano persone che vivono a lungo in una sezione. Il ristorante e il bar sono stati chiusi per una festa privata, quindi abbiamo ordinato Doordash. Le letti hanno bisogno di sostituzione mentre si immerge in loro e sono incomodi.

Aurora Crispin in concierge and Todd at the Lanai changed our entire experience. If you run into Dennis, Nate, or Saul and Jess at the bar or checkin, they are so friendly and knowledgeable. Aurora helped with out with Concierge services and she was really down to earth and interested in helping me plan for my family (11 of us!) I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” things with her like I did with the other older gentlemen working there. The biggest thing about this resort is if you are having any issues, make sure you say something and are open to allowing them to correct the situation. Everyone is so friendly and the morning managers are awesome. I mentioned to one person one day that the water filter on the ground floor tasted different than the one on our floor and the next day they had it being serviced immediately. Half the property is newly renovated as is the lobby and all the downstairs areas. There is a hula show on Saturday mornings and a Polynesian show on Sunday mornings in the lobby. If you’re like me and your kids probably don’t want to sit through a long show, this was a great way to get a free peek at island culture without paying $250 per person for luau. TIPS: - Try to get there early and leave late. Pack a swimsuit cover-up and flip-flops and sunscreen in your handbag and have them hold their luggage. You can spend the day at the resort waiting for your room. Also if you need to check out in the morning but your flight is not until the evening, they will give you a hospitality room to shower and change it before your flight if needed. - There is a “movie theater room” that no one ever uses. It seats 10 people and you just log into your own Netflix account, But it was great for us one morning with all the kids were just exhausted. - The game room is great and a great bribe/diversion for the kids from the pool if you need a sun break. - Book your cabanas early! Be sure to cancel on time if you change your plans. - Be sure to mention or email the manager about people who are exceptional on your trip! This helps the hotel keep great people and figure out best practices from the guests point of view! - The bars have the best ice. Fill up your water bottles there. - There are a ton of activities right at the hotel and at the beach if you find them and sign up for them on time. Recommended at the hotel and free if you sign up and get a spot on your first day : lei making, basket weaving, morning beachfront yoga…. If you’ve never been here before, make a note that this location is prime and since you’re paying so much for the hotel, you can do a lot without actually signing up for any other big activities. - walk down to Black rock and snorkel or see the turtles. Beware of choppy conditions and ask locals if they know how the water is over there. - Book the outrigger and go on a ride! They are so knowledgeable and helpful and made my three kids feel at ease. Il mio appartamento preferito è stato il 3 ostaggi che abbiamo soggiornato per 9 giorni nelle isole Hawaii. Piscine e spiagge sono vicine e facilmente accessibili. La nostra camera ha un bel balcone che guarda l'oceano. Il Bingo è stato divertente e si rimette in un premio come cocktail gratis, smoothies e appetiti se vinci. Ci hanno dato una bottiglia di champagne libero, perché abbiamo celebrato il nostro anniversario.

Some friends and I were driving the road to Hana and decided to break up the journey and stay a night so we could do more along the way and stop where we wanted to etc. Great decision! We loved staying at this resort, and definitely made sure we were using all the facilities before we left. Got a swim in at both pools, a quick workout, played some tennis, and were it not for the rain we would’ve hit the chip and putt too! The staff was fantastic, the rooms were beautiful. Our only trip was no air conditioning but the fans provided in the room did the trick and were were able to sleep through the night without dying.

Prima di tutto: è una proprietà di club vacanze non un resort. Quindi aspettare il trattamento di resort ti farà scendere. Tuttavia, la proprietà era fantastica per le nostre esigenze. Negativo: il personale di concierge era mal informato e incredibilmente spinto. Ho ricevuto email, telefonate e una lettera sotto la porta da una persona entro 24 ore. Non mi sono apprezzato e essere stato contrassegnato ha colpito negativamente la mia esperienza. (Migliore, Marriott.) anche il personale di concierge ha lottato per fare raccomandazioni locali e quando ho accettato di provare un ristorante, tutto quello che hanno fatto era rimuovere la tavola aperta, che avrei potuto usare per imparare non c’erano riserve disponibili. Tuttavia, ho prenotato un tour canoe in anticipo attraverso un membro del personale concierge meno impegnato, ed è stata un'esperienza positiva. Tipo di camera: 2 camere da letto villa, fronte oceano, angolo. Era grande, ma in realtà due appartamenti separati collegati, il più piccolo non aveva una vista davanti all’oceano, che io credo doveva essere implicato dalla parte “sala angolare” della descrizione. Mi annoio, ma non un trampolino. Le villa erano bellissime, alcune piccole questioni di manutenzione, ma i letti erano bellissimi e avevano tutte le cose funzionali che avete bisogno. Le domande specifiche che avevo quando ho cercato di dormire con i bambini di Maui: 1) i miei cinque anni potevano snorkelare dalla spiaggia e essere facilmente sopra un river vivente. Il surf tende a diventare più brutto tutto il giorno, ma ha fatto un grande lavoro snorkelando la prima cosa nella mamma. Il rief aveva almeno quindici tipi di pesce e si è certamente raggiunto il nostro obiettivo “snorkeling off the beach on demand”. 2) le piscine erano grandi per i bambini. La piscina navale pirata era 1.5 piedi profondi ma una tonnellata di divertimento per i bambini. La piscina a scorrere d'acqua era più di una piscina ma aveva anche una piscina a piedi 1.5. 3) si può camminare a bordo per i vicini ristoranti e ristoranti.
