BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT "Feet in water" of 110 sqm, on the ground floor, in a private building, new, very high standard, high of two floors, arranged at best for you to enjoy a sunny and pleasant holiday.
This newly built apartment with direct access to the beach is ideal for those wishing to explore the Languedoc-Roussillon region, promising an unforgettable holiday for up to 6 people. This nest is through, modern, bright, with terrace closed by sliding metal panels "maillorquines" on the side and front, enjoying an exceptional location on the very long beach of Carnon - La Grande Motte. A private gate gives direct access to the CARNON beach. The decoration is very neat.
The luxurious lounge overlooking the beach is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy a good book on the comfortable sofa or one of the various services, including a flat screen TV with satellite channels and WiFi.
The American kitchen has the best home appliances, if you decide to cook a treat of local ingredients. Enjoy your meals around the casual dining table that seats 8 people. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the sea.
You will get a good night's sleep in one of the three rooms. All rooms have access to a balcony with sea view. The master bedroom is 'en suite' with its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have two separate beds. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. Another spotless bathroom with bath is attributed to these two rooms. All bathrooms have an electric towel warmer.
A crib with a mattress is available on request as well as a high chair.
A washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are provided for your convenience.
Towels, sheets and the local tourist tax are all included in the rental price.
Final cleaning fees apply.
It is recommended to smoke only outdoors.
Pets are allowed.
South exposure, to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
Outdoor shower for desalination and desensitization of the body after sun exposure or swimming.
Apartment including a parking space or garage.

An Exceptional Seaside Experience
A week with family in a well-appointed & tastefully decorated space. Instant access to the beach. An awning that shades outdoor dining & a very private social area. Secure parking. Thank you Kathleen! We would love to come back and we highly recommend this beachside haven to any future guests!

Perfektes Quartier für einen ruhigen Strandurlaub
Die Wohnung ist modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage unmittelbar am Strand grandios. Die Terrasse geht unmittelbar in den Strand über. Vom Esstisch aus blickt man direkt auf‘s Meer. Es befindet sich ein kleiner Laden ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig entfernt, wo alle Lebensmittel für den täglichen BedarfZu kaufen Sid. Das Stadtzentrum Carnon-Plage ist ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Un merveilleux Noël
Nous avons fêté Noël pour la 6ème fois dans cet appartement. Ce fut à nouveau un très beau cadeau de Noël. Le soleil était au RDV avec ses levers et ses couchers spectaculaires.Séjour parfait. Merci beaucoup Kathleen pour accueil.

Tolle Lage, tolle Unterkunft!
Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, großzügig geschnitten, ausreichend Platz für eine Familie (5 Personen) mit Hund. Lage unschlagbar: direkt am Meer, aber auch nahe an Montpellier. Vermieterin reagiert sofort, wenn etwas ist. Ort sympathisch, weil sehr authentisch. Kurzum: perfekt! Wir kommen wieder!

Wunderbarer Urlaub direkt am Strand
Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete und gut ausgestattete Wohnung liegt unmittelbar am Strand und verfügt über einen eigenen Strandzugang. Perfekt für Familien mit Kindern und Hunden.

Füße im Meer
Traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer.
Sehr gepflegtes, geräumiges Appartement mit allem Komfort. Gute Ausstattung und sehr sauber.
Die Vermieter sind leicht zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und zuvorgekommen.

Wunderbare Lage direkt am Meer
Für uns und meine Kinder war die Lage der Wohnung direkt am Meer perfekt.
Genau das, was ich gesucht habe.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Grundausstattung, auch fürs erste Kochen ist das Nötigste vorhanden (Salz, Öl, Essig). Auch für Kehrichsäcke und WC-Papier musste ich nicht als erstes in einen Supermarkt gehen. Sehr entspanntes Ankommen…
Schöne Dörfer und Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.
Die Kommunikation mit Kathleen und auch Sven war sehr angenehm/unkompliziert und sie waren auch immer sehr hilfsbereit.
Ich komme gerne wieder…!;-)
