Hotel in zona ENH - Trabalho temporário, Matosinhos

Emplacement très proche de l’aéroport. Le parking est top les places sont très larges donc pratique pour décharger les valises. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Le petit point négatif c’est la douche et les toilettes qui sont séparés par des vitres transparentes donc niveau intimité pas top. La personne aux toilettes est visible du lit haha ! Le petit déjeuné est agréable mais pas non plus extraordinaire. Juste le nécessaire sans plus.

Hotel moderno e economico a 10 minuti a piedi o a 3,5€ Uber per l'aeroporto di Porto. Molto conveniente per partire da lì. Quello che mi mancava personalmente all'hotel sono due cose: 1) borse da bagno 😆 e 2) cuoco d'acqua per bere caffè o tè. Non potevamo fare colazione perché il nostro viaggio era alle 06:55. Pertanto, cuoco d'acqua sarebbe perfetto.

Volo cancellato. Ci spostano in questo hotel, piacevole sorpresa. Uno staff DISPONIBILE in tutto, check out ritardato senza problemi in quanto avevo un fortissimo mal di testa. Acqua caldissima se amate rilassarvi in vasca. Bidèt!!! Cosa non da poco!!! Centro commerciale gigantesco a due minuti a piedi. Grazie allo staff perché essere accoglienti alle richieste non costa niente e rende migliore la vacanza per chi la vive.

I prezzi degli hotel Porto sono piuttosto costosi. Nel nostro recente visita laggiù decideremo di trascorrere un paio di giorni in questo hotel, per vedere le attrazioni off-centre.Il prezzo della camera era molto equo. L'hotel è piuttosto moderno e anche semplice. Le camere sono belle e molto pulite. Non esiste un vero bar, ma un ”angolo di bar” che è ok per un paio di birre o un vino.

Hotel situato al bordo di una nazione molto rumorosa ma la posizione è molto conveniente per raggiungere l'aeroporto che è a 10 minuti e il parcheggio è gratuito. Il personale era molto sorridente e molto accogliente. Dovremmo partire alle 4 del mattino per il nostro aereo e ci hanno offerto un caffè, succo d'arancia e torta casa prima di partire. La stanza è ”in sale” ma molto pulita e con balcone dando sulla piscina. Il menu della sera è molto completo e a un prezzo ragionevole.

Booked for a week long stay in this hotel, & was disappointed on arrival. Receptionist was rude, the room was completely visible from the street with no privacy curtains, so we could either keep the blackout curtains completely closed or have absolutely no privacy from a very busy intersection. Also, the toilet seat, bathroom door & air conditioning were all broken or faulty. We didn’t make a fuss because we were planning to spend our days out & at the beach, which is 10 min walk away. But we then had a family emergency back home & had to cut our trip short, & rearrange our flights urgently. We asked about getting a partial refund for the days we couldn’t stay, offering to pay a cancellation fee, as we were trying to pay for last minute flights home. The receptionist was INCREDIBLY rude & dismissive. He not only refused to help, but told us to “go away” for a few hours, saying he would call management but refused to do so on the spot, for no reason. We told him we were in a hurry trying to arrange flights home & he simply shrugged, annoyed. He didn’t try to call anyone or suggest he couldn’t at that time, he was simply refusing to & told us to go away for a few hours, when we were trying to make urgent arrangements. I called Urban Hotel offices seven times with no response, emailed about the situation & got no assistance, no refund, no credit, no basic help. An utterly subpar hotel, but the lack of politeness, basic respect & compassion was appalling. Would advise against staying here.

Sì, è fuori città. Se non è grande per voi, pagate l'altri e andate al centro. Guardate una mappa, non è difficile! Ci ha adattati al terreno, i pochi bar ecc intorno sono veramente per il portoghese e non il turista. C'è un Metro a pochi passi da qui, poi si può viaggiare ovunque. Grande colazione, come il bagno turco, ecc e la piscina è divertente anche se troppo piccola per fare le lunghezze. Buono valore per i soldi, restare qui di nuovo.

Un hotel molto buono A molto buona posizione Con grande trasporto a Porto City Centre & To Get Back & Its Only 20 mins On A Bus To A Great Beach, Very Good Breakfast, Great Size of Room , Very Friendly Staff That Speak Very Good English , Non posso aspettare di nuovo qui.

L'hotel è situato a circa 20 minuti da Porto. Ben comunicato con l'autobus quasi alla porta e perfettamente se si va in macchina. La pulizia è straordinaria, sia nelle camere che nel resto dei soggiorni. La lenzuola (toaletti e vestiti da letto) di buona qualità. Elegante avere aria condizionata nella stanza. Tutti i membri del personale molto amichevole in qualsiasi momento e dando soluzione alle nostre consultazioni sempre con un sorriso (appartamenti, reception, buffet) La colazione corretta. Un grande dettaglio fare un guincio alla gastronomia portoghese offrendo torte di cocco. Il parcheggio chiuso e gratuito è anche un plus da valutare. Vorrei congratularmi con la gestione dell'azienda e con tutti i dipendenti che lo rendono possibile. Si nota tutto il lavoro che c'è dietro per farci sentire così bene. ¡ Congratulazioni, equipaggio!
