Your Private space (3000sq feet) is a bright and spacious second level unit in a two unit house. You will have access through the Private Entrance up the stairs on the back side of the house. We are Located in a gated community just minutes from several of the island's most beautiful beaches and El Yunque Rainforest. *The other unit is downstairs and smaller, accommodating up to 4 ppl, it is called "Garden Hideaway". It is available for whole house rentals sleeping up to 14 people. Come live on "Island Time" with fun coastal décor and ocean views. Be enchanted by the song of the Coqui while you relax on the balcony on the porch swing, or lounging in the Adirondack chairs. And as you enter the living space you will see the large kitchen to your left with a large island for gathering and cooking and lots of storage space, and two sinks.Then head outside and enjoy the large wrap around balcony with beautiful views of the neighborhood and peak-a-boo views of Luquillo and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Listen to the sounds of the rain forest, like some Endemic Birds (found only in Puerto Rico) and the song of the Coqui. There are also some free roaming chickens and roosters as well as the neighbors flock.
