You can also choose from a number of nearby beaches: 25 Minute walk to the New Seabury Town Beach (semi-private), 15 minute bike ride to Popponesset Spit beach (public), 10 minute car ride to South Cape Beach (public), 15 minute walk to the New Seabury market place (dining and shopping), Lure is a 6 minute car ride (great for evening drinks located right on New Seabury beach). New Seabury is the South Cape’s most desired spot for the summer! Enjoy other cape activities such as: shopping at Mashpee Commons & Downtown Falmouth, hiking on various nearby trails (one in front of the driveway), exploring Waquoit Bay and golfing to name a few!
