Great hotel, however, on the second night at around 930pm the door opened and some new guests entered my room. They had been assigned the same room, given a key and even opened the door. When I discussed this with the morning person, they assured me it was a mistake on their end, in the system and it showed that I never checked in and the room was empty. They then told me I wouldn’t be charged for the room and would be comp’d the last night of my stay. I booked through trip.com and it is prepaid to the hotel. So they can’t comp my stay as she said. I was still charged for the room. Not staying here again
