Hotel in zona Fahrzeugmuseum Marxzell, Marxzell

Seit 15 Jahren ( oder mehr? ) sind wir Gäste in diesem Hotel. Auch für diesen August haben wir bereist am 31.12 reserviert mit dem wichtigsten Hinweis : Lage wie immer nach hinten ruhig. Kaum zu glauben, das hat diesmal nicht funktioniert, trotz so frühzeitigem Hinweis. Man war zwar bemüht etwas vor Ort zu ändern, aber nicht möglich ( es kann natürlich keinem anderen Gast ein Umzug zugemutet werden, aufgrund Fehler der Rezeption und / oder Reservierungsabteilung). Die Nächte waren grauenvoll…anders nicht zu sagen. Autolärm und in der ersten Nacht eine Feier mit extrem lauter Musik und vor allem BASS..bei dem weder Ohropax, noch geschlossene Fenster, noch Kopfhörer halfen, die Betten haben vibriert. Wir sind enttäuscht und verärgert. Alle Mitarbeiter sind grundsätzlich bemüht, könnten jedoch üben zu grüßen. Insbesondere sollte die „neuen Jungen“ darin eingearbeitet werden. Allerdings leben das die anderen auch nicht vor. Hervorheben möchten wir 2 Mitarbeiterinnen vom Frühstücksbuffet, die sehr zugewandt und aufmerksam waren . Positiv ist auch das wirklich große Angebot und die Frische des Frühstücksbuffet.

Una bella soggiorno per il benessere e il riposo. esperienza di sauna e paesaggio di bagno molto buono. Le peeling e le bevande rotondano tutta l'esperienza. La colazione e la cena sono molto deliziosi. La scelta per la colazione è molto diversa. La metropolitana non è un'inquinamento acustico. Il personale è stato preconcepito. L'hotel è molto consigliabile in generale. Se si vuole riposare e cercare un'esperienza di benessere rilassante, è perfetto qui. Qualitativamente buono e pulito.

I have chosen Radisson Blu based on my many experiences with the hotel chain I gained in USA before pandemic, boy was I wrong to chose them in Karlsruhe. The room was clean and as on the photos, in order and ready to be used - that's about it. At the arrival I have informed the receptionist we don't have a reservation but that I could do it online right away, she promptly offered to do it herself, when I asked about the price difference I have been told ''it should be more or less the same''. Her booking was 151 euros, the online was 71 euros.. so I booked online with my phone right in front of her. We needed to leave early in the morning so we were happy to learn the breakfast is 6.30am so we confirmed our attendance. When we presented ourselves at the breakfast 6.30am sharp we have been told there was an error and it will be served later. So we waited, when we were allowed to access the breakfast the staff lady realized our room number have not been charged for the breakfast, we offered to pay at the check out as the wallet was in the room upstairs, unfortunately the lady would not bend the rule and insist on the payment before consumption. Early morning, with a hungry 7yo, after waiting already because of wrong information provided, that's not what you want to hear. Fast forward, we are about to leave just to learn the parking was not part of the deal - 17euros from 9pm to 7.30am. Unfortunately the whole experience was not over, my daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room, when I called the receptionist asking for options on how to get it (we were hours of driving away) I have been told they are ok to hand it over to a currier if I organize one. I am genuinely asking myself if Radisson Blu is still in hospitality business, the complete lack of focus or consideration of client's needs is just striking. I have provided my review to the Radisson Blu directly using the platform I booked with, they came back with automatic answer telling me they have ''taken care'' of the issues signed. I won't come back and I won't recommend.

Stayed here for one night on the way back from a weekend in Switzerland. Room was OK, though would have preferred a bed with 2 mattresses rather than one big one. Evryhing was clean, reception was friendly and helpful. Just disppointing there was no restauarant due to covid and therefore no proper breakfast in house. The nice girl at reception recommended the Italian practically opposite, which was fine. But next time will not take a lunch packet for breakfast, as hate white toast bread!

Sehr chaotisch, Personal weiß untereinander nicht die korrekten Abläufe…trotz dreitägiger Buchung wurde ich mehrmals aufgefordert das Zimmer zu räumen. Immer wieder Entschuldigungen und danach wurde ich wieder aufgefordert, das Zimmer zu verlassen. Beim Frühstück 4mal von unterschiedlichem Personal nach meiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Sauberkeit Badraum befriedigend. Garagenreservierung eine Katastrophe…Einlasskarte funktioniert …soll 25,00 € bezahlen für reservierten Parkplatz, der letztendlich dann besetzt ist und trotz Einlasskarte soll man klingeln, damit die Schranke geöffnet wird. Rundum der Aufenthalt war mangelhaft…zuguterletzt musste ich abends an der Bar von mehreren Gästen Beschwerden anhören, das letztlich meine Erfahrung nachhaltig bestätigte!

I positivi: moderno, piacevole hotel. Dimensione camera decente, buon doccia. Buona letto. Amichevole, personale efficiente. Buffetto colazione completo. Situato in centro, il centro della città è a piedi. Il disturbo è stato messo in mezzo a una giornata di notte, e il disturbo è stato messo in mezzo a una giornata di notte. Quando le tende sono aperte, nessuno negli appartamenti residenziali al contrario ha una vista completa nella vostra stanza, quindi c'è un cambio tra avere luce naturale (delle tende aperte) o privacy (delle tende chiuse). In generale, abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno breve e il rapporto prezzo/qualità è buono.

Hotel right on the edge of the main town and easily within walking distance. Hotel was clean and the standard you would expect from holiday Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful and almost all spoke English. Breakfast was continental buffet style and was okay. Would stay there again. Recommended

Non so da dove provengono le buone recensioni - fake? Camera media, in bagno un po' di funghi, vecchio fan, non sapone nel donatore. Porta con innumerevoli macchine. Vista dal balcone al parcheggio. Carico con tecnologia misteriosa. Sedia a rotelle 1979. Colazione anche media per 4 stelle, caffè moderato, tintura fuori pacchetto. Il migliore: venerdì e sabato lavoro di costruzione in casa - non annunciato, non riduzione dei prezzi. Durante minuti l'acqua rossa nelle linee. Non scusa, ma una spiegazione verbale di cosa dovremmo fare. Non per la seconda volta!

We we’re driving from Hook of Holland to Bari to catch a Ferry to Greece. On our first days driving we were very tired to decided to stop here and rest. We were two friends and a dog! We used the hotels near us feature on *********** and found this hotel. The price was fabulous and the hotel could not have been better for our needs. Super comfortable beds. Quiet room. Clean and a decent breakfast! The staff on reception were amazing offering us free parking and checking us in quickly. They recommended a local Italian restaurant which was great. The hotel is very much on the edge of town but for an overnight stop like us it’s was perfect! Finally my friend left her iPad behind on our departure. We’d didn’t discover this u til we were well in our way. On contacting the hotel they could not have been more helpful. She has her iPad safely back in the post. Great service from great people.
