Set by the fire close to the water and watching the moon reflection on the water is stunning. There is a easy walk to the dock watching boats in and out of Malcolm Creek Bay. Or put your boat in less than 2 miles at the Big Bear Hwy Public dock and park. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, heating, and AC, along with 2 and half bathrooms equipped with showers. Home is all one level, with a split floor plan. Light plush carpet in living and Bedrooms so if raining or snow we ask you to remove shoes before entering this area to prevent stains. A nice level yard with huge beautiful shade trees for privacy. Watch the sun rise, the sunsets are amazing reflecting off the water. We added a firepit area close to the lake with plenty of vintage outdoor seating. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Kayaks, golf cart is available upon request.
