È stata una bella esperienza, una doccia e una camera pulite. Era chiaro e facile uscire di notte.

Mi è piaciuto tutto, grazie! Siamo in crociera, che è convenientemente vicino al porto.

C'è molto rumore

Ottima posizione. La metropolitana è facilmente raggiungibile. 20 minuti a piedi dal centro di Marsiglia. Vivi all'ultimo piano con una bella vista. Il supermercato è appena sotto. C'è anche un mercato degli agricoltori con i piedi per terra prima di mezzogiorno. I servizi in camera dovrebbero essere completi. Adatto per soggiorni brevi o lunghi. Lo svantaggio è che il bollitore dell'hotel ha un forte odore di detersivo. Dopo il feedback, l'hotel si è scusato e ha fornito acqua minerale.

Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood. There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes

This is the worst possible hotel that you can book. I booked a double bed-room but they gave it away to someone and forgot to update their system. Now they handed me a key to the same room. I entered the room and was screamed at by a complete stranger. Then they gave us a twin room as they didn't have any double bedrooms available. They also said that there will be no cleaning, changing of towels or bedsheets in the room for our entire stay duration (3 days). They were doing the same thing with everyone (telling them that there will be no cleaning). On top of that, they said that we need to take our trash out when we check-out! I have stayed at hostels much better than this. All in all, the staff can care less, the guy at the reception during the night is extremely rude, very creepy hallways and worst possible facilities.
