Il titolare persona squisita, ti mette subito a tuo agio. Ci ha accompagnato in camera ed ha spiegato tutto quello necessario per un buon comfort. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, camera fronte mare con vista sulla baia Servizi in camera funzionali, bagno pulito con marmo , ampia doccia

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perchè fronte porticciolo e oltre tutto in coincidenza del famoso mercato della domenca. La struttura offre un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo e i suoi proprietari Russell e sua moglie sono adorabili e molto disponibili. Camera semplice ma curata e completa di tutte le comodità con molti tocchi premurosi Wi-Fi disponibile e molto buono. La colazione era deliziosa servita in terrazza da dove si può ammirare il mare. È stato bello e lo consiglio vivamente.

Per introdurre la recensione dico solo che a Malta siamo stati, prima di qui, in un albergo a 5 stelle, uno a 4 ed uno a 3; ebbene, questo posto è stato l'unico che mi ha fatto sentire coccolato e che mi ha trasmesso la sensazione di attenzione per il cliente in ogni particolare. Ubicato sul lungomare di Marsaxlokk, ci siamo trovati in una struttura completamente rinnovata, in una camera pulitissima, con frigobar ed aria condizionata. Il gestore, un ragazzo davvero simpatico, professionale e gentile ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro agio. Molto bella la terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano con vista completa su tutto il lungomare ed il porto pieno di luzzi, le colorate barche tradizionali. Colazione superlativa con prodotti freschi e di qualità. Tornassi a Malta non avrei esitazione a scegliere questa Guest House per il soggiorno; nel frattempo mi sento di consigliarla a tutti, senza timore di essere smentito.

Excellent location in this idyllic fishing village. Breakfast was wonderful served alfresco. Room was large with balcony looking out onto the sea. Recommendations given for local restaurants. Very easy area to walk around and explore. Would definitely stay here again

Absolutely amazing place, right on the promenade, a small guesthouse in a renovated Maltese building, new furniture, immaculately clean, excellent breakfast on the roof terrace with a fantastic view of the sea and all the lovely boats. The owner, Russell, is very friendly and picked us up at the airport, even in the middle of the night.

Great location, comfy bed and super clean. There is no manned lobby, but the check-in is quick once you call via the door bell. We had the only room on the third floor with no view, but did have access to a beautiful terrace that has a great view of the bay. This is the same terrace where breakfast is serviced. The property has an elevator and the access is easy from the street. The only negative is that breakfast is served 8:30 - 10:30 am, which was late for us having an early flight and can see that most travelers would line up at 8:30am to take advantage of the day.

We absolutely fell in love with La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse and I’m positive you will too. This is definitely a hidden gem that offers a great blend of luxury, comfort, and breathtaking sea views. Run by the fantastic Russel, this boutique guesthouse was the tranquil retreat we so needed. The room was amazing and came equipped with a stunning terrace overlooking the Mediterranean! La Reggia Seaview Guesthouse was truly a memorable stay. The leisurely rooftop breakfast we had each morning was the perfect way to wake up, and definitely the cherry on top of the cake! I would stay here again, in a heartbeat!

The location of this hotel is great, right in front of the sea. The owner is exceptional, very polite and fulfilling all requests. He even offfered to drive me somewhere in case of a taxi no show. Breakfast was also great, prepared just for me before the regular time, early in the morning. Dont miss it.

The hotel is in a newly renovated building in the first line on the promenade with a spectacular view of the harbour. The rooms are very clean with a new furniture and comfortable beds. The owner Russel picked up us at the airport in the middle of the night. There are three options for the breakfast, all of them are great.
