Sono stati tutti gentilissimi, l’intero staff dalla reception ai camerieri di bar e ristoranti, gentili e cortesi, nonostante la mole di lavoro avevano sempre un sorriso o una parola gentile. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, le piscine molto grandi e la cucina molto varia. Una vacanza da 10!!!! Unica cosa da sapere quando si va in Egitto è che bisogna saper trattare i ragazzi delle escursioni, che non fanno parte dell’hotel, offrono attività a prezzi alti ovviamente trattabili. L’abbiamo capito a nostre spese dato che un gruppo di tedeschi con noi per la stessa attività hanno speso la metà. Stessa cosa vale per i negozi vicini all’albergo sembra un pó di essere al mercato, ma anche questo non è di competenza dell’albergo.

esperienza stupenda, un 10 a tutti quanti e soprattutto al gruppo animazione che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. spettacoli serali belli e divertenti, divertimenti sempre pronti ad ogni ora del giorno, con yoga, aerobica, balli , anche per i bambini è un divertimento unico. grazie a tutti sabrina

Posto splendido, camera mega, ottimo ristorante, ottimo servizio. Parlano tutti un ottimo tedesco e un pessimo italiano, e anche in inglese si fa fatica, tranne che alla reception. Assolutamente consigliato anche per la baia dove il reef è molto bello con un mucchio di pesci.

I can not imagine how is my experience in jaz samaya . It is very unforgettable vacation to me and my family .it is certainly very nice vacation for everything we have seen here like delicious food and lovely drinks .all staff are very friendly and helpful to make for you everything during the stay

The journey to the hotel takes approximately 7 minutes. There are also several excursion options, but we didn't use them. There is also a well-functioning diving center and quad bike tours directly from the hotel. You can also use the water park in the neighboring hotel. . The room had everything you needed. You can watch TV if you want, but we didn't do that. The room is in the center, close to the beach, restaurant, reception, kettle, coffee, water, hairdryer, everything is there. Women with long hair should bring their own hairdryer. The best service we personally have ever received in Egypt. We stayed at the Samaya for the 5th time and have always stayed in other 5* hotels. Many thanks to all employees

The best treatment that we have found ever in everything for our stay it is all prefekt and really preffered place for us when we will make a new vacation in marsa alam .because of the best food and best service and high quality of thr staff in all situations .thanks

Ein gelungenes Resort für die ganze Familie , es wird für jeden etwas geboten . Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Angestellte viele davon mit Deutsch Kentnissen das gilt für alle Bereiche von der Gastronomie bis zu der Animation Die Zimmer sind ausreichend ausgestattet und bieten genügend Stauraum. Die Küche ist abwechslungsreich und es findet sich für jeden Geschmack das richtige. Der Strand ist für Kleinkinder leider nicht so geeignet da der Zugang zum Meer über einen Steg erfolgt , da sollte das Kind schwimmen können . Aber es gibt ca. 300 Meter entfernt einen flachen sandigen Strand .

Wunderschöne Anlage. Sehr gepflegt. Das Essen und die angebotenen Getränke im AI sind vollkommen ausreichend. Gehe hier Tauchen und bin mit den Coraya Divers immer noch sehr zufrieden. Kommen sicher wieder! Hotel ist weiterzu empfehlen.
