Ottimo staff, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, il receptionist ci ha persino dato con tanto piacere una mappa con i luoghi principali da visitare disegnata da lui stesso (era ottima), inoltre appena arrivati al Riad ci hanno consegnato il The alla menta marocchino, ottimo con qualche biscotto. La camera molto pulita, ogni particolare era perfetto, bagno bellissimo in stile marocchino. Le donne delle pulizie ogni giorno ci hanno rifatto il letto in modo perfetto. L’unico particolare è che non cambiano gli asciugamani. Appena entrati in camera abbiamo acceso la tv e con molto stupore avevano la Smart Tv, con netflix, YouTube e molto altro. Inoltre in camera è presente anche un condizionatore molto moderno che funziona in modo eccellente. Tutto molto silenzioso essendo a 10 M dalla Medina questo particolare ci ha stupito molto. Colazione abbastanza fornita in stile marocchino, disponibili in tutto. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Grazieeee

Abbiamo soggiornato in 2 per 10 notti in questo bellissimo Riad e non siamo riusciti a trovare nemmeno un difetto. A partire dal posto molto caratteristico adatto per chi vuole vivere un’esperienza in un tipico riad marocchino. Pasti offerti ottimi a partire dalla colazione, semplice ma buonissima composta soprattutto da specialità locali, per arrivare alla cena (solo su richiesta) nella quale abbiamo mangiato il miglior tajine di questa nostra esperienza. La Location è ottima,nonostante sia dentro la medina non ci sono rumori fastidiosi durante la notte e questo consente di riposare tranquillamente. La pulizia è ottima (cosa da non dare per scontata) e le camere molto belle ed accoglienti. Ultima ma non per importanza una menzione per Hassan,il proprietario della struttura: è stato letteralmente la nostra guida,preparatissimo su qualsiasi informazione gli chiedessimo,disponibile per qualsiasi cosa a qualunque ora. Consiglio questo posto in tutto e per tutto a chiunque voglia vivere in relax un’esperienza a Marrakech.

Riad Jonan è stata un'ottima scelta. Ottima posizione (vicino a tutto), incantevole e caloroso accogliente. La nostra camera era bellissima, sempre pulita e molto accogliente. Forniscono una deliziosa colazione sulla loro bellissima terrazza. Tutto il personale è stato sempre eccezionale, ottimo servizio, disponibile e ben informato. Complimenti ad Abdul e alle ragazze. Mi è piaciuto molto il mio tempo al Riad Jonan. Ottima ospitalità, ottima colazione. 10/10. La situazione del Riad è ideale e le persone sono molto amichevoli e disponibili. Consiglio vivamente se desiderate un soggiorno conveniente e confortevole a Marrakech.

Questo è un delizioso Riad che lavora per adottare un approccio personale al tuo soggiorno. Le camere sono molto tradizionali, confortevoli e spaziose. La colazione e il cibo tradizionali erano deliziosi. Il personale era davvero cordiale e non poteva fare abbastanza per te. Ci tornerei e lo consiglierei ad altri.

Beautiful place. Well situated in the heart of Marrakech. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast, lovely staff. Originally stayed here in 2019 and thought it was great so when returning to Marrakesh this year it seemed obvious to go back to Riad Jonan. It has been made more beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay here. (It also now has a Spa which hopefully we will make use of next time)

Nice cozy hotel with beautiful terrace, great place to stop off and relax. Abdul and the rest of the staff were so kind. Perfect place to stay if you’re in old town

Even though we’ve been satisfied during our stay it turned out to be very disappointing when I forgot my coat and their behaviour was so unprofessional they didn’t help at all. I asked them to send the coat to another riad in Marrakesh where some friends of mine stayed and even though in the beginning they said they could do it they never did and in the end they didn’t even answer my calls or texts . Only when I told them that my friends were leaving and they hadn’t received any coat they answered that they couldn’t do the delivery . It was so unprofessional from their end to reassures me in the beginning and then when it was too late for anything to be done to change their minds and leave me uncovered.

We really liked this place! The room was comfortable, the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good everyday and there were items to choose from as well, and was great to be on the rooftop. Staff helped with finding a tailor we needed who performed the alterations within hours and also fixed other items he saw. The room was cleaned everyday and was comfortable. Lighting was not great, but found out it was for relaxation and brighter bulbs can be installed if needed, again very accommodating. Setup our taxi to the airport and even walked us to the stop to get in the taxi, which was a van. Stored our bags and clothes on a hanger for our later departure and provided are to change clothes.

Magnificent, Magnifique, Magnifico! It was the most magical and pleasant stay. It’s a bit of old historic and stylish new. In the Rooftop, there’s a cozy, dreamy Arabian style deco sitting area. At night it’s magical looking up at the stars in a tranquil existence alone or in a large group. After a very HOT day, you will come back to a cold bathe spa; to place your legs or body as you wish. This Riad is smaller in size than the others, but if you want a less busy stay w/out lots of noise this is it. It’s located in the Kasbah, and only 15 mins from the Famous shopping market. My 1st day, Hassan set up a walk as a preview bc I was a little nervous to do it alone. So, I recommend you ask for Mr. Rachid Igasse, tour guide he’s well spoken and speak English, French and Arabic very well. He also knows the history of Marrakech, and how to easily get around the market. After, his tour I was confident to try on my own 2 days later. Voila! It was my 1st time in Morocco, and the people were surprisingly pleasant to me. Even, the neighbors and store owners who began to see me often would say hello. Not just to sell to you but to just say hello. It was nice to be noticed. I felt safe. Egypt, not so much. I had a personal guide w/me everyday bc safety is quite different. Moroccans are more liberal, and not harassing. I did buy a runner, tea pot, herbal medicine for my dry skin which is helping. I’m not a pill person. So, there’s that! Now, back to the hotel. It’s very clean, staff very helpful and nice. I had dinner mostly on Rooftop, and they bring it up to you. The lady staff (3) were superb! Food is tasty, but I’d prefer a little more seasoning especially being in Morocco the spice capital. Lol! Con: I wish they’d incorporate a system of adding meals into your charge card & not pay dirhams for this. It was an inconvenience to me. I’d stay here again, over larger hotels. I recommend the Riad Jonan happy stay.

Riad Jonan was recommended to me through a friend who had stayed there previously. I was made very welcome and the place was clean, safe and secure. As a solo female traveller, I asked for advice on places to go and they were very helpful in addressing my requests. It is a small traditional property and a good example of authentic Moroccan culture. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, I have no problem in recommending this to true travellers who love an adventure in the heart of the Kasbah!

The riad Jonan is just beautiful. A wonderful 4 days away seeing the sights of Marrakech and coming back every afternoon to sit on the sun terrace was fabulous. The staff at the riad are amazing and I would recommend this riad to everyone. We had the dinner on the first night and it was lovely and they catered for a veggie and gluten free diet. The breakfasts were great and they did my husband extra eggs as he can't have the breads. Very accommodating.

Riad Jonan made my first visit to Marrakesh a dream. Anass and his team did everything possible to ensure our visit was flawless. prior to our visit, I had mentioned to Riad Jonan that it was my honeymoon and we got a room upgrade , some amazing rose petal designs , a bouquet of flowers and a hand written note. The dinner , drinks and constant flow of mint tea was amazing. i say this because my husband and i tried having similar things in other restaurants in town and we both concluded the one at the Riad was best. The staff also took out time to give tips on attractions and tours available for tourists. For people like me that enjoy visiting Spas, please try the one at Riad Jonan. it gave me a feeling of being in Morocco and Paris at the same time. I tried the Hammam bath and a massage and i can say it was good experience.
