Golf Club Rotana Palmeraie

My bestest ladies & I celebrated my bachelorette weekend here - IT IS THE BEST DECISION EVER. First of all, you go into the main hotel to be directed to your accommodation, then once you’re at the Golf Club Rotana, you will meet THE BEST gentleman named Brahim. This man will make sure you are 100% satisfied with everything from start to finish. He will check you in and will ensure you are happy with room & every little thing. He can provide a tour of the whole resort by buggy service & by foot plus he will explain everything to you - just ask. Just a note, this ‘riad’ like hotel is part of a resort but it is THE BEST PART. You are located away from every body in the main hotel. You have exclusive access to nearly everything. If peace & top level service is what you are looking then you are looking at the right place. There is no alcohol at this place or at pasta cosy, the only place which will have alcohol is the main hotel so be mindful if you like a drink or two. You can smoke nearly everywhere in this resort which is a plus for you vapers! We had an all inclusive long weekend stay, there were 6 of us during mid July 2024. We were in two different amazingly decorated rooms with terrace overlooking the golf course and centralised air conditioning. The rooms had everything you could need plus more - a safe, dental kit, shaving kit, cotton wool & buds, loofah, laundry bag, soft tissues, shampoo, conditioner, towels, bathrobe & slippers. The beds are so comfortable and the black out curtains really do their job! Cleaning service is impeccable! All the staff are very attentive & observant, they will give you space but also will give you everything you need before you even thought you needed it - obviously if they have it. We had dinner at the Mediterranean restaurant & the italian restaurant - food was delicious & top notch!!! The italian restaurant has an infinity pool leading into a field, in-front of it which you are welcome to swim around before the restaurant opens but there will not be anyone there apart from security so be cautious when you do decide to go for this which I recommend - as we ended up having a “private pool party”. Part of our package had a golf practice with a nice and understanding coach as we were at almost beginner level and wanting to experience golfing. My maid of honour & bridesmaids even got the hotel staff involved in my “BRIDE” bridal shower surprise - this literally had me emotional. This hotel & the people (Brahim, Tarik, Amine & the rest of the hotel staff) working here will always have a special place in my heart, core memories were definitely made. Brahim - I cannot even begin to say how much the ladies & I appreciate all your efforts and working your magic into making sure we had the best time during our very short weekend. A lovely small hotel, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. There's a sister hotel close, (9 minutes walk or an on demand golf buggy shuttle) with resort facilities; gym, pools, spa etc. The golf course was well maintained and not demoralising for a high handicapper! The whole team were friendly and helpful. In particular, Brahim (Head Butler) looked after us very well, including helping to make a special birthday memoable. We had a wonderful time, and would definitely return.

Not the first time we stayed here, and coming back felt like a warm bath! Special thanks to Brahim (The head butler) for him nothing is to much to make our stay a very nice one, Always willing to help with anything you ask and more. Also thanks to the rest of the staff in the restaurant mention Ali, Kamal and Rachid. Played golf for three days with the same caddies Aziz and Abdel. Fun too! So already thinking about going back hopefully by the end of the year! The rooms are also great with nice view on the golfcourse.

A great weekend in that beautiful golf hotel, good food amazing service and lovely staff, special thanks to the manager amine and his supervisors team abdsamad , kamal and the barmen rachid of terrase de golf restaurant and all the rest of the team with no exception.

My wife and I have just got home after a fantastic relaxing and enjoyable week at the Rotana Golf Resort in Marrakech. Apart from the beautiful sunny weather the resort and its staff played a huge part in our enjoyment. We stayed in the Rotana Golf resort suites overlooking the golf course and found the whole experience totally relaxing. A golf course that doesn't leave you feeling beaten up after you've played it, good dining facilities, an excellent gym and well appointed rooms all contribute to a sense of enjoyment. It is the great staff however, that make all the difference. Our concierges, Nureo and Brahim couldnt do enough to help you and do so in a polite, caring and respectful way that is rare today. The lady who cleaned our room brightened up our mornings everyday with her wonderful warm smile and greeting and Amine the waiter in the Golf Terrace restaurant was a pleasure to meet. All in all a great week which we will most definitely repeat. Thank you to all the Rotana staff and especially the one's mentioned above.
