I would say it’s okay,hotel was fun apart from the fact it’s far from town center but other than that l really enjoyed my stay

Everything written about this hotel is true. It should be removed from every travel agent they do not know how to treat or respect tourists.......which they are supposedly dependent upon. Any travel agent promoting this hotel should be sued!

I will admit it is probably not 5star as we would know it . But it has the friendliest staff from entering the hotel to leaving you could not fault them . The food is very Moroccan lots of Tagine,s so not to everyone,s taste but had a huge salad bar ,fresh pizza and a barbecue at every mealtime. The rooms were spotless bedding and towels changed every day. The pool area was also immaculate, while we were there a very large wedding party was staying and the staff went out of there way to accommodate everyone.

My friend and I arrived on Wednesday 9th of October at 9pm we went to check in the man on reception was very polite and helpful and told us to go to the resteraunt for dinner the food is ok but lacks some kind of labelling do you don’t know what your eating this could easily be rectified the room was spacious and spotless beds and towels changed daily all areas of the hotel were very clean all the staff were pleasant even though they struggle with English we found them helpful the bar staff were great and we were never refused a drink I think some of the reviews I have read are not fair it isn’t a five star but nor is it has dreadful has some of the reviews say it’s a good three stars from a European point of view.

I feel bad giving such an awful review, as the entertainment staff were,in the main, incredible. The pool is lovely as are the rooms. It’s a lovely resort, it just isn’t all inclusive. When I read the reviews about other cultures getting preferential treatment… I ignored it, but it so so true, they totally do. For me, that made the whole holiday very uncomfortable. There is only one restaurant and only one bar. There is one snack bar, so at best this hotel offers full board (dubious) with maybe the odd beer. It’s a nice place but the food and drink isn’t great….actually I don’t have an option on the drinks as there wasn’t any available!

The hotel and staff were lovely, we had no complaints. The whole hotel was very clean. The staff couldn't do wnough and the entertainment team were brilliant. But the management restricted the amount of alcohol the bar was stocked with. They ran out daily. The bar staff took lots of verbal abuse from others, but it was not their fault. We are older and do not necessarily drink lots but enjoy a couple of glasses of wine with a meal. But they daily ran out. Not 5* or what we expected from all inclusive.

Went to this hotel for a short break with my mum, hotel was amazing and special mention to Faza from the entertainment team, friendly, well mannered and always found the time to chat. Room was clean and spacious, no tea or coffee facilities but had everything else you need for a short stay. Food was plentiful however on the cold side and no snack bar, so only meals in all inclusive were breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ice cream was also chargeable. On check out day we had our bands cut off at 12pm which I have never experience in any resort I have stayed, was advised would be £20 each for a buffet lunch (we chose to eat out). Plenty sunbeds and entertainment throughout the day.
