Siamo stati 3 notti presso il Riad Wow ed è stata un'esperienza incredibile. La struttura è davvero stupenda e curata nei minimi particolari, rispetta a pieno lo stile marocchino. Tutto lo staff gentilissimo e super disponibile pronto ad aiutarci o a darci qualche consiglio o suggerimento. La suite era pulitissima e venivano effettuate le pulizie ogni giorno. La colazione viene servita in terrazza ed è davvero squisita e vanta varia scelta. La posizione direi ottima. Lo consiglierei a tutti

Ottima posizione , appena fuori dal suq, in una via poco trafficata, ma prossima al passaggio nei numerosi taxi. Personale gentile , soprattutto Hassan , uomo tuttofare . Camere molto belle e curate con mobili di design e di fine artigianato locale . Il bagno pur ampio e con grande vasca, pecca per l’assenza del bidet ( caro a noi italiani ). Hammam piccola anche se funzionale . Buoni i massaggi . Colazione abbondante sulla terrazza, in realtà giardino d’inverno, coperta nella stagione invernale .

È una truffa nulla di quanto è pubblicizzato sul sito. Colazione pessima. Sky bar inesistente. Piscina fantasma. Hammam per nani. Grate alle finestre. Location pessima. Servizio inesistente. Veduta sui disastri di Marrakesh. All inesistente. Siamo stati il ponte dei morti e per fortuna siamo sopravvissuti

a great little hotel. the rooms are very nice and rooms are beautifully well made, the restaurant up top is delicious and also very atmospheric-- the standout feature of the hotel, though, is the exceptional service. Everyone was incredibly helpful and generous.

We felt very welcome in this beautiful hotel. The hotel itself is magnificent with the inner square. The front desk staff is very helpful especially Mohammed was great. We had always something to talk about. The restaurant ran by Achmed was perfect and the food was awesome. Thanks to the great chef. Hassan was the perfect waiter and was always there to help. The room was beautiful and very luxurious. All in all, a great stay. And the city centre is just a few minutes away. And this is just the hotel. The spa treatment was an experience in its own and should not be missed.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Marrakech! Inside the Medina, you are very close to the wonderful souks and the excitements of Jemaa el-Fnaa. The courtyard and our bedroom were both beautifully appointed and we had such a gorgeous tiled bath. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent (because we actually had it on for a while. In February!) We also loved the rooftop which had loads of blooming flowers. Here we ate breakfasts of delicious Moroccan breads, pastries, and cooked-to-order omelettes. This was also a great destination for lunch after a morning roaming around the souks (try the Pastillas!) and a relaxing spot for a nightcap after an evening in the square. The staff here is exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Definitely a highly recommended place to stay in Marrakech!

The staff at Riad Wow are what makes it a great place to stay. Mohammed welcomed us in the late hours of the night and offered his personal phone for us to order a snack as the kitchen had closed. Fatima at the front desk reception in the afternoons (until 7 pm) was extremely helpful and kind when answering all of our questions and requests. Hassan at the rooftop restaurant was very courteous and helped time our breakfast so that everyone received a warm and fresh meal.

Good location not too far from the old town. Easy to find as it is on a main roadside. Paid for a family suite, enough space for a family of four. Room is a bit old with a super big bath tub, which took forever to fill in (i eventually gave up). Breakfast was excellent but not free. it was paid by my 'Hotel Gold Member' voucher. Two minor complaints - rose petals all over the place, on beds, bathroom, tables etc, not really necessary. No free parking - i ended up paying about 5 euros for an overnight stay.

It was a nice and cost riad in close proximity to most of sights. Certainly and old building that was well maintained. Friendly staff and good restaurant.
