All'arrivo siete accolti dalla magnificenza della struttura, le stanze sono semplicemente superbe, curate in ogni singolo dettaglio. La cura e l'attenzione a soddisfare ogni tuo singolo desiderio e richiesta è un must per il personale. Simpatia, disponibilità, accuratezza in ogni singola azione: prima ancora che tu possa capire ciò che desideri loro sono sono già li pronti a soddisfare le tue richieste , sempre con discrezione e professionalità. Abbiamo trovato un'accoglienza a dir poco straordinaria. Il nostro ringraziamento va a tutti coloro che lavorano li, ma un ringraziamento particolare va senza ombra di dubbio a Hicham (Michele per noi), a Khalil e a Rashid senza la loro professionalità e il loro interessamento non avremmo potuto risolvere la questione del bagaglio non arrivato. Una bella struttura non vale nulla senza le persone che vi si dedicano. Loro sono il non plus ultra di Palais Ronsard. Sono la vera anima dell'hotel. Потрясающий номер с множеством деталей и огромной ванной комнатой и хорошей косметикой. Уборка 2 раза в день. Самый внимательный персонал, за 2 дня прибывания познакомились и с шеф-поваром и со всеми менеджерами. Знают, что ты берешь на завтрак и что заказываешь у бассейна. Территория хоть и небольшая, но ухоженная и вся цветет. Для меня в жизни показался лучше, чем на фото

We were welcomed like part of the family. Large airy room with amazing views and terraces. Food delicious and service respectfully attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for staff especially Salim. Spa a relaxing sanctuary with great trea**ents. Cocktails by the pool a must!

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. Has an authentic Moroccan feel as well as 5 star luxury. The rooms are beautiful and the whole place is just breathtaking! The staff are so kind and can't do enough for you. My partner asked where to get antibitoics from and they offered to send a driver to and from the pharmacy for us. Would 100% return and recommend to anyone.

Our visit to this hotel was a magical experience, even though we didn't stay overnight. Dounia and the rest of the staff treated us with such warmth and hospitality, making us feel like valued guests. The dessert we enjoyed was nothing short of a dream . The hotel's ambiance transported us to a fairytale realm where we felt like royalty. It's clear that this place is dedicated to creating memorable moments for all who visit, whether for a stay or just for a dessert.

The peaceful location and views were lovely. Beautiful decor and amazing Staff. Wonderful swimming pool too. Our overall sadness was the Menu offering. We enjoyed “continental breakfast”
But our concern was the Main Dinner Menu.
The menu didn’t change. No “Menu of the Day” … unless you took a taxi into Town, you would choose from the same menu.
If you favoured something different from the Moroccan 🇲🇦 food on the menu, it was very tricky. . Opportunity to enjoy large Salads with a grilled Fish of the Day or other simple dishes would have added some variety.

Can’t say anything else except: exceptional!! Elements that made it exceptional: - From ALL staff members kind and caring service. They noticed us within seconds, wherever we would go. - Room was luxurious in all ways (materials, available amenities, cleanliness and tidiness) - F&B experience was amazing, both in the garden as at the swimming pool and in the restaurant (we enjoyed dinner in the veranda, not restaurant itself). The breakfast was incredibly fresh and extensive (haven’t been able to finish because it’s just too much, but the taste was begging me to try more) - Was able to get a tour around the property, thank you Kauthar for this wonderful experience! - Decoration and “cozy corners” ensured that we could enjoy a different part of the property every part of the day. - A surprising birthday cake for my husband’s birthday! A special thanks to Kauthar, Youssef, Omaima and Mohssine for the great service and warm welcome!

Superb garden and pool area. Staff are helpful to create a relaxing a**osphere around the pool. Great massage at the spa. Lunch was so tasty… dessert was the best. The pool is heated but not warm. The palais is about 30 mins drive from the Medina.

This is our 1st time in Marrakesh & now I am a PR fan, eternally. Every square inch is covered in trompe l’oeil glamour. Fires are roaring in the fireplaces & in our rooms.The meals aref Michelin Star quality The staff is absolutely fantastic.
