Un oasi di pace e di relax alle porte di Marracash. Junior Suite spaziosa, dotata di un ottima biancheria e letto King size super comodo. Buona la colazione ed ottima la soluzione per un pranzo o cena quando si vuole uscire dal caos della città. Ma la differenza in questa struttura la fanno le persone, Abdou in primis. Conserveremo nei nostri cuori la vostra ospitalità ed estrema cura di voler soddisfare ogni nostro bisogno ed esigenza, dal servizio transfer privato, alla prenotazione di escursioni o ristoranti. Se insieme a tutti questi fattori sommi un ottimo prezzo per la qualità offerta, non è possibile non dare un massimo dei voti a questa struttura. Hivernage è un piccolo paradiso fatto da persone splendide, continuate cosi. E grazie di tutto. Massimo e Alessandra

Location incantevole, zona stupenda e servizi da 5 stelle! Consiglio a tutti di pernottare al Hivernage SS & Garden! Non ho mai ricevuto così tanta disponibilità, educazione ed efficienza come da Ayoub and Yassine! Mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Consigliatissimo

There is a solid wooden door in a high wall covered in vegetation. Ring the bell and enter a place of quiet luxury. The rooms and gardens are lovely and nothing is too much trouble for the attentive staff. It is a place to relax and busy Marrakech can go on outside. We thoroughly recommend this wonderful riad. I had the pleasure of staying at this boutique hotel for 4 nights in April and as an older woman travelling alone it was a safe haven amid the bustle and chaos of Marrakech. You can read in the other reviews about how beautiful and clean the hotel is so I won't repeat all that but what really stood out to me was the care and attention by the staff afforded to me during my stay. They arranged an airport transfer, organized an excellent private tour guide, recommended places to see, restaurants to try, and generally took an interest in everything I did. I would like to mention that Abdou at reception was amazing in taking the time to chat, suggest, and recommend and treated me like a good friend. Rabbi kept me company in the dining room while I enjoyed the excellent food, and the rest of the staff were attentive and kind. I can not recommend this place highly enough. 5 stars do not do it justice. I hope the staff enjoyed the box of pastries I left. (I'm sure Abdou shared??) Thank you for making my time there so special.

Beautiful hotel with a special atmosphere- it’s truly a hidden gem in the middle of the city. The old city is approximately 20 minutes by walk. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food and drinks were also outstanding . We spent a week here and would return anytime. Highly recommended.

Room was fabulous and bathroom spotless. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, service, friendliness, and location. It is certainly a Secret Garden, a Hidden Gem full of peace and tranquility. My daughter and I had a wonderful time here , made a beautiful memory for my birthday.

First time in Marrakesh and had a wonderful experience. This place is amazing.. staff could not do enough for you… from front of house to hisham who was so nice, to the house maid who made the place look beautiful every day.. the team work very hard to keep the place looking beautiful..for couples this is a must as far better than a 5 star hotel..and located very central to all walking restaurants and shops… lovely pool area which we used every afternoon.. this place should be kept a secret…. Thank you team for a wonderful 10 x day stay at your beautiful boutique hotel..

We spent 2 nights at the Hivernage Secret Suites and loved every moment of it. The gardens are well kept and very peaceful with relaxing music playing around the pool and seating areas. We booked a superior room with dinner and breakfast included. The room was immaculate and very spacious with a seperate section for the bathroom and wardrobe area. There was also a small balcony overlooking a secluded part of the gardens. All of the staff were very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. There's only 6 bedrooms here and at times it felt as though we were in our private residence, only really seeing other guests at breakfast and around the pool on our final day. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the Medina and would return again.
