The staff were excellent at reception. Very helpful. The room is small but very well laid out so good for a short stay. There are buses nearby as taxis and Ubers are not so easy to get. The beach at Cotton tree is not far to walk either. Some restaurants are not open nearby on the weekend. The pool on the roof is heated and has a view. The breakfast buffet is really good.

I had to work until 3:00 a.m. and was not able to get to my hotel to sleep until 4:00 a.m. unfortunately I was awoken at 7:00 a.m. with quite significant construction work and the sound of grinders which obviously disrupted my sleep. I voiced my concern to front desk and was advised that the only remedy that they could offer was an extra hour check out. As you can see from the photos my room was immediately adjacent to the construction work. I requested that I would have my complaint submitted to management and expect a full refund as I was unable to enjoy the hotel room for the purpose that I booked it for. Dr Joseph Gracé

Hotel location is good and breakfast is excellent and roof top pool have fantastic view

Excellent stay , in a really peaceful area. Staff helpful and breakfast was a great way to start the day. Pool facilities nice

clean and tidy. good location. parking was full wheni arrived so needed to pay 12$ for a pot across the street.

Clean basic hotel. The breakfast option is a little limited. Walkable distance to beach and shops. But nothing between the hotel and other locations. I suppose that’s just Sunshine Coast.

Brand new hotel with modern clean rooms. Heated pool on the roof. Close to Sunshine plaza and 10 mins bus to the beach. Great blackout curtains so the sun doesn't wake you up.

Location not the best Not happy to have to pay for parking

The only issue was the bathroom design. The bathroom had 1 door for the shower and toilet, and also the walls were made of frosted glass, which caused awkward shadows when someone was using the shower. However the night light feature in the bathroom was good. The room was clean, staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable. Parking across the road in the paid facility was also handy as it seemed to be free on weekends. Would stay again

Good location and excellent service

We stayed for one night, the staff were friendly.

Stayed for the second time and service not up to scratch this time, went to bed.. no sheet on the bed, weird red flashing light which needed to be fixed after midnight as it was disruptive, no soap in the shower, no tea supplied. I don’t understand how hotels can charge so much and not be perfect. I also had to beg for a car park which I was told was not available, once disclosed the person need for requirement it was offered as a charge… not ok. I don’t think it’s worth the money. Will consider a stay elsewhere next time. Buffet breakfast is average also… definitely not a perk, could take or leave cold eggs, baked beans and sausages.
