Prime Beach Hotel

I loved my stay in The Prime Beach Hotel. The great facilities. Food was amazing and available anytime during your stay. Nice and friendly staff. Room was cleaned daily. Loved the evening shows. It was my mum’s first holiday in Turkey and she had the best time. I didn’t stay by the pool because I am a sea lover and enjoyed the sunbeds. I already booked my next holidays in Prime Beach hotel in May. Highly recommended!!!

This was our 3rd visit to Prime beach this year! The rooms are spacious & are well equipped with the essentials. Cleaners do a fantastic job! The sun beds are the Best Ever!! & kepted so clean. The Patisserie is a lovely relaxing place to sit & have Nice coffee & look out to sea. Staff are so friendly & will remember how you like your drinks! Pool bar is exceptionally busy, but you dont have to wait long for drinks. Ferit is a good barman. As is Zeynep she is very hard working,what ever area she is working,always smiling. Food,you have a great choice, jacket potatoes are the biggest I've seen & they taste amazing. Ice cream served x2 daily hard to resist! The reception staff are very pleasant & will sort things if something isn't quite right. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Absolutely amazing hotel, 2nd time at this hotel and it was even better, lots of improvements to hotel and beach. Staff, food facilities all top notch,. Throughly recommended for a fun filled holiday. Only negative was having to come home. Will definitely be back most likely for wedding anniversary. Thanks you all.

Staff are friendly but you have to make the effort to be nice first. Impression I got is that they almost expected people to be rude to them (after school holiday season?) and instantly became warm and friendly when they were spoken to with manners and a smile.  Room was small considering we had upgraded BUT we were top floor with amazing sea views and it was very very quiet so we were happy with that. Just two of us anyway so space wasn't particularly an issue. Bed was small (Fiancé is 6'4 so it's a problem wherever we go) but comfortable. On the firm side but we like that. Air con worked well.  Rooms are reasonably well sound proofed but the bathroom is not (due to the ceiling I think). Can hear the neighbours when they're in bathroom. Keeping the bathroom door closed reduces it by probably 70% so nothing you can't overcome. Paper cups for tea and coffee which felt a little cheap and naff. Would have preferred to have a proper brew in a cup in the morning please :)  Food - Honestly, I don't know what some of the reviews on here are about. There are several meat, fish and veggie options as well as a BBQ area, pastas, jacket potatoes salad and your typical Brits on tour selections of chips, nuggets etc. theres also a kids section in the far corner but as we didn't come with kids, I didn't check it out. Breakfast. So much choice, I would say if you can't find something to eat here then the problem isn't the hotel ;) Some say the food is repetitive, which I can kind of understand but at home we would have spaghetti, pizza and chips, jacket potato etc. as 3 separate dinners. People will eat all of it on the first day then say it's repetitive when it's served again. That being said, this is the second time we have gone all inclusive and the second time we have found meal times stressful. It doesn't matter how much food, or how nice it is, it just seems to feel like feeding time at the zoo. There was a sushi night but as a sushi lover, my recommendation would be avoid as it was quite disappointing! Let's face it, Brits love an English breakfast and it rarely cuts the mustard overseas but we all know that. If you go beach facing and walk to the left you can find it done reasonably well for £2.50 - £4.00 depending on where you go.  Ice cream is open from 12.30-14.00 and then 19.00 - 21.00 (so lunch and dinner times), not an hour a day. Something to note is that our booking includes trips to the a la carte restaurants but the Italian was closed (not sure if permanent or not) and the Turkish one was only open some days of the week. So we skipped it, as it was open on the days we wanted to go out. Little annoying as that wasn't noted prior to arrival. I saw one comment about the hotel being 'infested with cockroaches'. I've been here a week so far and I have seen two. Both have been outside in the grounds late at night around bins - which when there is so much food everywhere...it's bound to happen. Not seen a single bug inside and I would say

Don’t know where to start it’s terrible … firstly got put in a disabled room gave us a cot for a 4 year old …. The hotel is massively overcrowded we had to wait 24 hours for a new room as they were all full…… Sunbeds - you need to set an alarm for 7am as people are queueing up to get one at 7.45-8am and trust me when I say if you aren’t queuing up you will not get one …. People are running frantically to get sunbeds ….. there are not enough sunbeds for the amount of people here the pools are dirty and massively overcrowded you are literally sat on top of people and there’s not a gap between them not to mention hygiene witnessed kids having nose bleeds and parents just wiping their blood in the pool off their hands …… me my partner and my nearly 4 year old are all poorly we have had to lose a day in the room as were that poorly from the germs ……. Noise - if you are in block 2 above the kids pool like us don’t expect to get any sleep at all the noise from the hotel next door goes on until midnight so if you have young children there is zero chance getting them to sleep ….. not to mention drunk people running up and down corridors slamming doors until 2-3am then you can hear people in the next room urinating on the toilets , talking and using the taps and showers at 6am ….. the walls are like cardboard ….. Food - none of the food looks edible in the main restaurant it’s cold and tasteless I had a croissant for breakfast and could have put a window through with it …… we’ve ended up eating out most nights as it’s given us all the runs ….. coffee and drinks machines are constantly broke ….. iced coffee from the patisserie ran out of caramel syrup for 3 days …. Snack bar food was constantly running out and you are stood waiting for more for 10 minutes ….. the queues are a joke at the bar and for food ….. the nicest thing are the jacket potatoes we’ve been living off them ….. I could go on we cannot wait to get home worst hotel Iv ever stayed at will not be coming back !!!!!!!

We have just returned home from this place yesterday. we were absolutely dreading it after seeing all the negative reviews!!! I just want to say this place is amazing and we are already planning on coming back! rooms: we booked a double room, as family we were with had their own separate rooms, when we arrived we were welcomed and bags taken to the room. I stayed in room 1528 which was the same block as reception. we were shown around our room and how to work the air-conditioning. we had a double bed and a single bed and because we were there for important birthdays got given a side sea view which over looked kids pool and other block. Yes the mattresses on the beds are firm but always had a good night sleep, the air-conditioning at points woke us up where we were to cold, so turned that off. cleaners came in every day with fresh water, towels and bedding was always cleaned! Just a tip hang your do not disturb on the door handle or they will let themselves in while asleep in mornings. food and drink: Not once in the two weeks we stayed did we have a problem with the food, yes it does get repeative if staying more than a week but that's the joys of being all inclusive, we had some fussy eaters in the group, myself included and I always found something to eat whilst there even if it was from snack bar, grill bar or jacket potato stand. Drinks I saw alot of comments about them being watered down, they are not watered down, if anything they have Pepsi instead of cheap fizzy. yes they serve drinks in plastic cups we took plastic cups with lids and straws and thermal flasks and they were always happy to fill them. There is fridges everywhere with bottled water which is restocked constantly!! Pool and beach: The fun part, during high season both the pools were absolutely rammed, it got busier the futher into our stay, people were getting up and down to queue for sunbeds round the pool at 7am, it was taped off till 8am then it was like the grand national as soon as tape came away, we only got beds round the pools two days of our stay, because we weren't getting involved in fighting for a sunbed!we spent alot of our time at the beach, as it was getting busier from 7:30am people were reserving sunbeds there also, but we never went a day struggling to get one, if you walk left on the beach there is a 16+ adult beach, and it was quieter towards that! There are fish in the sea which will nip at your feet and legs, just keep moving or it does hurt. Entertainment: Didn't see alot of Entertainment during day as at beach, so can't comment. the evening entertainment, kids disco upstairs in the bar which I personally feel it should be downstairs where the other Entertainment is done. the Entertainment for all the family starts at 10pm which I feel is to late!! needs major improvements on that!! I just want to say, the staff here work amazingly hard, constantly on the go or cleaning, I witnessed one of the lads bringing drinks to a table, he went to put the
