Just starting our 4th week here. What a fantastic holiday. The staff are the main asset here. Everybody from the dining room to the bar to the pool staff and animation team bend over backwards for you. The majority of issues we read about before we came appear to have been resolved. The sun bed issue especially. If guests put towels on the sun beds and are not being used by 10.00 then quite simply they are removed. If anybody can’t find a bed then you simply talk to the pool staff and they will bring out the spare subbeds for you. If you’re bored around the pool then pop down to the beach where there is dedicated section for the 2 hotels. But honestly the crack and banter around the pool is good enough for me. By the way this is not a review by some young party animal this is a 70+ wrinkly who’s taken more holidays than I care to remember. To many names to mention in a short review but for the money it’s so easy to understand why the reviews are so good. Enjoy

We have just come back from this beautiful hotel We have been going to Turkey for 30 years and always 5 * we no Turkey 5* is not uk 5* But this really was a 5* its the best hotel we have stopped in Turkey so far Everyone and I mean everyone was so help full so friendly always smiling even after a long day in the heat there sill happy and smiling we take is mum and she as a mobility scooter she is a hotel but they just take everything in there stride The food my partner said was amazing I don't eat meat but he said its was so good and lots of chose I even had prawn cocktails at night amazing The omelets was so tasty We had the room at the front but after the first night we didn't get that much nose. And never had any trouble were we was There's really is nothing they won't do for you Everything about the hotel and all the staff including the pool lady work had to keep the hotel a 5* they really are a team keep it going I hope to be back in September

Amazing hotel, good sized pool , rooms are really nice , hotel is in a good location, reception was really big receptionist is really nice , the entertainment is really good at nights and during the day , there’s plenty to do within the hotel , the staff is are very friendly and helpful and tell you loads of information, the food is really nice and you get a wide selection. Also I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asked where to go in Turkey as the hotel is very nice

Hotel was very nice , wide selection of food and snacks through the day , deserts are good also wide selection, staff are very nice and helpful , receptionist were so nice and welcoming and staff helped us with our cases , pool area is very nice and big also all the drinks are good you have a wide selection

The hotel is fab lovely rooms and views food excellent staff very accomodating will definitely return and pass to others, location of the hotel decent you can get to the shops and markets.only the thing we didn't like was the access to the beach but it is not beach hotel so that's acceptable.

I went with my parents for 2 weeks and had a fantastic time with lots of new friends. Found it easy to mingle with other guests around the pool and the bar areas. Decent food (could be more choice on some nights) and the drinks could definitely have been stronger and of a higher quality. But it didn't affect the experience too much. Great staff at the hotel! Lovely people! Shout outs to: gorgeous Bruce the bartender, my brother. Beautiful Tia & Yaren! Joey & Jack! Speedy and Tolga on the bar, Mesut & Delmaris the managers! Ahmed the barber! Would recommend.

We arrived at hotel about 2.30am and we were greated by friendly bell boy and reception man. Quick check in and taken to room. In room was a bread sandwich roll, apple and water which was a nice touch. Room small, only one small wardrobe each, no draws etc which is hard when your staying for 2 weeks as nowhere to put anything. Only 2 plug sockets, also annoying with the tech these days . Food in restaurant was a bit repetitive and cold most days, but beef was lovely. Drinks at the bar were limited too, no whisky, rum, brandy etc only vodka, gin, bailies or cocktails oh and wine beer but for a 5* hotel should be more to choose from. If you want a sunbed you need to get up at 6.30am which is not my idea of a holiday. Animation team do try hard and work such long hours but it's very basic and evening entertainment is very poor. The hotel it's self is spotless and well kept. Rooms sort of get cleaned daily,as in towels get changed and bed gets changed whenever. The music from the hotel next door over takes the music from this hotel, very loud at times. Waiters are hard working and restaurant manager is lovely. The hotel manager seriously needs to learn some people skills, miserable looking bloke, never speaks to the guests and one day I witnessed him clicking his fingers at a waiter to get him a drink, this as very poor management skills, like man. Overall if your looking for a 5* hotel look somewhere else, this is more a 3* and think it's only a 5 due to having a spa, which we didn't use. Also have to say Simon in the jewellery shop is a lovely, genuine man who will help you however he can, whether your spending £10 or £1000, definitely worth a visit.

The hotel and rooms were spotless.. Food was delicious and lots of choice, and all staff at the hotel were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. A special shout out to the bar and entertainment staff who were always friendly and helpful

The room is beautiful. Food is amazing lots to choose from. Hotel is clean . Staff are so friendly they bend over backwards to help. Sunbeds are comfy towels are available. Location is great . Staff always doing fun games around the pool . Will definitely visit again .
