Sebnem Apart & Studios

Firstly on the beach states that air con is free when we arrived we had to pay £80 for air con! You only get given one toilet roll then have to buy your own after that, I asked for a 2nd one because I did not know this and the person was annoyed that I had asked for one! The room when we arrived was dirty the bed sheets and towels had marks all over them baring in mind there is a note on the door saying you will be charged for that! The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, the tap in the bathroom was spitting all over, there’s no hot water in the shower late at night or early in the morning the day we were leaving at 5am I couldn’t even have a warm shower as only the cold was working. Every day when the cleaners came they were given us dirty towels and sheets! One day we went back and the balcony door was left wide open after cleaners had been in (there was a note saying it isn’t their problem if the door is left open and stuff goes missing). The manager spoke to us once I think and that’s when we had bought something at the bar! No one actually speaks to you unless they are seeing your money. We were walking up the stairs speaking to another family and were told to “shhhhhh” by one of the workers! When sitting at the pool side there was 1000s of ants all over! The pool had far too much chlorine in it when we got in to the pool you were sliding all over with it, which I get is good for cleanliness but too much is bad for your skin! While sitting on the balcony we noticed someone drowning which workers didn’t even notice it was another family around the pool side and were still being served alcohol and treated better than us! Definitely do not book here wish I took in what these reviews said before booking! Definitely wouldn’t come back if it was paid for free for me

Lovely little hotel, rooms very clean, beds made every day,and clean towels staff very helpful, hotel is short walk from the beach, looking forward to going back next year :) food really nice too . Thank you to all the staff Toilet and bathroom very clean

This is out second visit to Sebnem Apartments and we have once again thoroughly had a fab time. Jack and his staff are very welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. They have become our second family! Rooms are always clean and our apartment is very spacious. The pool and bar area are a hive of activity and we have met some amazing people here. Food and drinks are very well priced and food is first class! Already booked to come here next year and happy to recommend Sebnem Apartments to anyone.
