Very clean staff very friendly rooms clean beds comfortable food is ok if willing to try new tastes my only fault is by drinks stations gets very wet need mats to prevent slipping as floors can get very slippery lower ground spa ,gym, Turkish bath and massage excellent and beautifully set out. Overall I would return nice location all in walking distance

I tried to switch of from the negative reviews however I wanted to give our honest review now we are home. We arrived at around 5am! We were greeted with " Passports" No Hello, Good morning nothing. very rude! I asked for a coffee and was told to go to the garage and buy one next door🤷🏼‍♀️ there was me thinking this was an all inclusive. We were then given the wrong rooms however it LOOKED nice so we agreed to take them. By 6am we were appalled. Absolutely disgusting 🤮 as you can see from the pictures. Also our aircon in both rooms didn't work! Other members of our party are in another room we didn't book and theirs is much the same. Their whole family room stank of urine and it was all over the floor underneath the loo in the bathroom and next to it is this lovely urine soaked toilet brush. After 10 hours travelling all we wanted was a shower to freshen up but we cant till this is sorted. We haven't even as much as used the toilet in our rooms. Not got much hope for the rest of this holiday unfortunately. as a result we nipped down and told reception at 6.20am and we're told to wait till the TUI holiday rep arrived at 9am. So we spent the morning in the clothes we travelled in for 10 hours walking around the hotel and out and about locally to kill some time. After speaking to the TUI rep who was absolutely lovely and genuinely shocked at the photos I was showing him. He spoke to someone else who has then asked us now to wait till the manager arrives at 10.30🤦🏼‍♀️ its just shocking ( we never in the end got to speak to this so called manager at all throughout our stay ) He did however manage to get someone to clean and fix the air con eventually but not until 1.30pm ( so we are now in the same clothes we travelled in for over 24 hours! So we had to hang about till then to have showers and get access to our rooms from arriving 5am in the morning. After our rooms were fixed up and cleaned we did somewhat enjoy the rest of our holiday. We took part in the super market sweep sunbed dash one morning and never again. Bloody ridiculous fully grown adults literally running for a sunbed. never seen anything like it but this isn't the hotels fault its the guests. Its just respect not to put ur towel down and go off for the day🤷🏼‍♀️ stopping others from using it. Shame some adults dont think the same. Their 3rd day into our stay they changed the rules and you now can only have towels on for 2 hours. if your still not back within that two hours your towel will be removed which I think is more than fair. Food, for me being a vegetarian I genuinely ate well quite alot of choice although quite repetitive. For the rest of my party being meat eaters they were not impressed at all. All meats, fatty or dry. Chips and hot dogs and potato for breakfast ive never seen this before 🤦🏼‍♀️ I've been to lots of all inclusive hotels and found their choices better and alot more choice! lining up like school dinners isn't great! Very good entertaining, and very friendly ❤️ Kids love it. Mercury is so funny keeps the place going. He needs practice on his 50’s though haha!! Always have a brilliant day with all the staff and entertainment team . Day flys by with the games and great music !! Thoroughly enjoying our time 😎💪🏼🍹🍸🍻🥂

Good family fun, very welcoming and cool guys so good with kids and adults definitely a good choice for holiday makers to turkey

Staff are very friendly and helpful and the entertainment is great and the food is good too I have stayed at this hotel four times now.

Entertainment and bar staff are fantastic, from day one made us all extremely welcome, Got us involved, gave us all nicknames and were genuinely fun to be around. Rooms and hotel - very clean, rooms cleaned daily if you require it. Food a good variety.
