Club Viva Hotel

Just back from a great holiday at club viva hotel I have no complaints the staff and management were lovely and helpful the room we had was lovely with pool view rooms cleaned daily I will be booking to go back soon this year. We had our lunch at the pool bar and sergi the manager made sure it was cooked perfectly. I would like to Thank everyone at club viva hotel for a lovely holiday

I had a lovely relaxing holiday. Bred Pitt (SPA Manager) was very helpful. On my first day recommend to me a Turkish Bath and it was divine ! I had the best masseur Orhan, and since then I had massage every day. Aromatherapy, relaxing music and highly professional massage that healed my soul and body. If you are staying at this hotel, I highly recommend taking advantage of this opportunity - you will love it ❤️✨! All staff was nice and friendly, only drunk hotel guests disturbed the night's silence. Would I return? - YES ! I will delighted to come back and again have amazing massage every day Would highly appreciate if on my next time my room will be on 3 floor with beautiful view to mosque ✨ Thanks a million for all

Lovely clean and friendly hotel. The staff are lovely. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty of choice and fresh omelettes and pancakes made to order by the chef. I travelled solo and felt safe there. No hassle except for Brad Pitt, as he calls himself. He tries to sell you a Turkish bath and is a bit pushy. Handy for shops, bars and restaurants and not too far from the beach. I would definitely stay again.

Having travelled extensively since Covid-19 throughout both the Mediterranean and Caribbean, I rate hotels based not only on stars…(as I feel those create expectation), but also on helpfulness of staff, atmosphere and value for money, as I believe those are the things that actually matter on a day to day basis during your holiday. At Club Viva I cannot see how anyone could fault any of those areas. The staff are extremely friendly, they don’t look overworked and undervalued, which I have seen in lots of ‘highly starred’ hotels. I believe this lends itself to a happy atmosphere. Particular mention to those that made our own stay wonderful are; Ramalen, Sergio and also Emrah…..aka Jack, who works very hard making sure all the guests are happy, organising pool games and running entertainment. Additionally, management appear to lead from the front rather than sitting away in an office as they were there clearing plates & wiping seats which you don’t often see. Special mention should also go out here to the cleaners as this hotel is very clean. They also smile and speak to you and are happy to try and fulfil any request you have. Overall this hotel is 100% great value for money with superb friendly staff. It’s clean, amenities are good, entertainment is good & food is decent, particularly the fresh cook omelette station so I cannot rate it highly enough. I would definitely recommend. If I was to make suggestions to the hotel it would be a wider choice of food (eggs and pancakes every day not on alternate days) and the option of half board i’e an evening meal as well as breakfast would be good.

This was my first trip to Marmuris and I had read some reviews about Club Visa but from our experience we have nothing but praise for the hotel and the staff .The hotel was modern and our room overlooking the pool was wonderful clean bright and modern .The staff can't so enough for you and are alway smiling despite the long hours they work and the manager is always on hand .The breakfast is good with plenty of choice . Brad Pitt the spa manager is passionate about his job and it shows we enjoyed the spa experience it's worth a try 😀 the location was good with plenty of local bars and restaurants on hand and plenty of local buses and taxis available Over all a very enjoyable experience and thank you Club Viva we will return 😀

For me this was a decent hotel which ticked a lot of boxes primarily the price as I managed to get a 7 day break here for under £300 including flights (no suitcase) and transfers. Brad Pitt, read the reviews on this fella but thought I would be polite and listen to his speech before breakfast as I was 60/40 if I would use the services. I explained I was on my own so not sure I wanted to have anything. I also had not slept very much having just arrived and also had a horrible cough so said I needed to go to the pharmacy straight away to get antibiotics… This guys listening skills are not great. He didn’t listen to what I said and if he had I would have been tempted to take the basic package. After his sales speech he then wrote out a ticket and asked my name (which I had already told him) and wrote 10am today for Turkish bath. Brad was not very smart as he lost the sale as he forgot my name, presumed writing a ticket would pressure me into a sale, he also forgot that I had told him I was going out after breakfast to go to a pharmacy and didn’t want anything today anyway as tired. Brad then had a bad attitude so I didn’t buy anything for another day. He is only polite to people who have bought from him. He spends most the time walking around with a face like a smacked bum and was rude to a female at the hotel when she was away from her boyfriend because they didn’t buy. Breakfast - in comparison to the one other hotel I’ve stayed at in Marmaris I’d say the breakfast was good. I mainly ate cheese and bread, beans on toast or egg on toast, there was cereal, fruit etc. The inclusion of salad at breakfast was quite bizarre but I assume that’s Turkish to have tomatoes, lettuce and olives? Oh and the “spring rolls” are actually cheese. I told the manager about the sign and he insisted they were spring rolls. One, 2 slice toaster was frankly ridiculous for the amount of people in the hotel but I was told they have a big one for peak season. Lady making omelettes and fried eggs was nice and eggs spot on. I loved that I could get satellite TV in the room for £10 so I was able to watch live football and BBC ITV ect in the room so I could have a drink in the room while watching TV. Bed was firm but good for my back and I pushed the two singles together to make a king. Cleaning of room was fine for me, just wanted towels changed and bins emptied most days. I was out all day in icmeler and came back and the room had had a more thorough clean. Fridge was decent size for drinks, balcony handy to catch the late afternoon sun. Most staff seemed tired as it was the end of the season. Not always the most positive attitudes and they had annoying habit of shouting at each other across the bar/restaurant/lobby or standing in a group talking loudly in front of customers. I was sat in lobby waiting for the transfer and they would shout from the front door To reception to the shop or bar area and I was sat in the middle. Not much consideration for the guest
