Myra Hotel

After reading the reviews and forums about the "Myra Hotel, Marmaris" via Internet social media sites etc, i was lead to believe about thoughts and expectations of experiencing one of our most wonderful vacations, HOWEVER, the following text may save many unsuspecting travellers out there of wasting not only their time and money, but the consequences of getting over a tragic experience. 1. Communication .. I found it impossible to contact the hotel through any email sent to them . The staff can communicate if you understand the occasional grunt you will have no problems . Internet access is appalling. 2 . We booked a double room , we got a twin room , the phrase ' swing a cat around" springs to mind , the safe and air conditioning is £20 each extra per week , the flooring is cracked and a trip hazard . 3. We treated ourselves to all inclusive , the choice is either beer , vodka , raki or gin , all of which are watered down and mixed with flat pop , it does close at 10 pm . 4 . Now then we all look forward to Turkish food so be prepared to be amazed how bad they can make it , 1 course for lunch or dinner , breakfast they sometimes provide a fresh snotty egg , no toaster is in sight ,but that doesnt matter because the bread is so hard it doesn't need toasting, all food is served cold . Orange and pineapple juice is watered down and may or not work , if you like coffee please bring you're own , . 5 . Customer service , none existent, not one smile raised in 7 days . 6. The pool is very deep and resembles chicken soup . We couldn't see are own feet because of the cloudiness . 7. The cleanliness of the hotel isn't too bad within you're room , around the pool and bar are spillages full of ants that aren't cleaned , The balcony view is a cat litter tray where the stray cats do " their business "

We just had 6 days in Myra and I'm more than happy to give best review. There is always somethong to complain but for the price we've paid I won't. I would have no problem going back to Myra Hotel again Positives -clean facilities -close to the beach and clubs -good athmosphere -nice staff Negatives -same food for breakfast everyday

Good quite place to stay and rest Close to the city centre Rooms it’s looking cosy and comfy Staff was friendly and helpful Food was amazing Not a big choice of dishes but tasty and delicious for a 3 ⭐️ hotel I will say it’s worth the money what you paying for this accommodation

Recently stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Rooms are small but very clean. All inclusive drinks are until 10.30pm and you only get breakfast lunch and dinner. No other snacks available on all inclusive. Food is lovely. Staff are friendly and would help you out with anything you need. Air conditioning and safe is an extra charge. Will definitely be returning. Location good 2 minute walk to blue port.

this hotel is awful. The bar is as long as a car, the food is terrible. And it is meant to be all inclusive, breakfast ends at 9:30am and dinner and tea is set menus. Every night it has been chicken rice and either salad or vegetables there isn’t a choice of anything. The pool is freezing and the hotel rooms look like a morgue.
