Greenpark Apartments

Me and my boyfriend stayed at Green Park May 2025, first of all I'd like to say we believe we were mis-sold the hotel from the travel agent as we were told it was further back from all of the noise and wouldn't be as rowdy. We realised the first night this was not true and we heard loud music until about 3am each day. The rooms are mostly what I would expect from a self catering place, the beds were comfy and we had a nice balcony that had a view of the mountains. However, we were giving 2 single beds and the cleaner was nice enough to push them together for us but did ask if we were brother and sister, which was weird. Our toilet roll was not replaced and we had to buy our own. Extras: we paid extra for air con and a safe which we thought were quite reasonable and didn't mind paying for. However, the WiFi box they sell you for the week I would not say is worth it, they said it works for up to 8 devices and can stream things on. But it only really worked for WhatsApp messages for me, just scrolling on tiktok etc and it kept freezing and dropping off the internet. There is free WiFi around the pool and in the bar but you can't reach them in most rooms. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night after talking to a staff member as we were going to leave. They said they wanted to make our first night great etc. The food was ok and didn't think it was priced much differently to other restaurants in the resort. Once it hit around 9pm the party then started. The music was loud, there was lots of dancing from the staff, lots of sparklers etc. It was fun but for us we couldn't do this every night as we prefer it a bit quieter. We really enjoyed the pool and the pool area, you do have to buy food and drink from the hotel. Also there are signs saying please do not reserve beds, towels will be taken off, but there was always towels on the beds every morning so I don't think they enforce that rule. I think this hotel would be great for people who enjoy a party every night and will be up late most nights. Overall we enjoyed our holiday which is the most important thing. As an addition we would say we enjoyed all the friendly cats roaming around and the puppies one of the staff brought in one day.

The hotel is ok. Rooms dated but clean. Self catering well I wouldn't bring a family self catering. Can only eat or drink from the hotel if your at the pool side. Drinks very expensive so they got you there. Unfortunately families go self catering as they can't afford all inclusive holidays. My advice go all inclusive otherwise it'll cost you a lot more by purchasing drinks food ect from the hotel. Staff seem ok although Mustafa did call my mate and I sheep shaggers. Good job there were families here as he would've been put into the local hospital by me. I found this very disrespectful. I've been travelling to Turkey for 20 years and never had that said to me. Not even back home. I've freinds in Turkey they also said very disrespectful. Would I come again to this hotel. Nope think I'd give it a miss. Local bars very friendly and cheap too.

ROOM 217. door could be pushed open balcony door hanging off bare wires hanging out of hairdryer and walls place scruffy worst jet 2 holiday ever DO NOT BOOK arrived 1 am and place was like a RAVE WENT ON TO 430 am Choose elsewhere Asked for room change very unhelpful staff told come back at 9 am which we did to be told come again later ffs. Unable to contact jet 2 decided to go look for another hotel yes cost extra but was not willing to stay here can’t believe it has good reviews proper DUMP!
