Görsellerden çok farklı bir oteldi. Yatağımız temizlenmesine rağmen çarşafta kıl vardı yerler hep pisti yemekler gerçekten çok kötüydü. Personeller çok mutsuzdu. Servise yardım eden personeli bir sonraki gün yemek başında görüyorduk. Belliki çok yoruluyorlar. Fiyatı uygun olsa da biraz daha özenli olmalarını beklerdik. Havuz büyük be temizdi. Ama asla aslaa deniz için şezlong bulamadık hep başka plajlara gittik aşırı küçük toplasa. 20 tane sezlong vardı. 2 kere de havuz başında yakaladık saat 3 de. Maalesef birdaha asla gelmeyiz önermeyiz de.

Absolutely amazing hotel so clean the cleaners would always make different things on the childrens beds staff all very friendly and always played with the children Shop and jewellery shop staff were also lovely Also on our departure as we had a late evening flight home the manager made sure we took some food for us and the children we will definitely be coming back to stay here again thank you to all of you

This is my second time coming to this hotel, (first was 2016) i can not fault the place , great value for money, and get what you paid for, staff friendly and always happy to help in any way, Tesco Tony thank you for recommended the spa, I felt well pampered and refreshed , we were a party of 7 with four rooms and were all happy with our stay, can't wait to return soon.. thank you team kayamaris

Let's get one thing straight, why are you looking at this hotel? PRICE!!! Yes it's very cheap all inclusive with flights and transfers. But it is value for money 100% and we will go back here next year for a cheap end of season holiday. Our room was OK but not as good as others in the hotel (we'll ask next year for a roof terrace room) but the bed linen was clean, shower worked fine, furniture was dated but how much did we pay we asked ourselves and under £1000 for our deal. I've read other reviews and quite frankly they make me laugh. Complaining about, hard, bed, food was awful, not enough bar seating in the evening, plastic cups, couldn't get a pool lounger the list of petty things ridiculous.. STAFF: They work hard long hours and if you are polite to them they are lovely and helpful. Your attitude will be reflected back on you it's the Turkey way. ROOM: Basic, dated but cleaned every day. Fresh towels and linen I asked for extra pillows. FOOD: It's All Inclusive so REMEMBER the cooked food is always bland in taste as it has to cater for small children and everyone else. This is the same in most cheaper resorts but there is plenty of it and the salad bar is huge. I travel with some Chilli powder, curry powder, garlic powder and tobasco sauce I get in the spice rack in UK. I made my meals tasty for me so no complaints there. The food is cooked well and chicken fell off the bone each time I had it. Plenty of fresh fruit every day and the afternoon snack service on the terrace was OK too. Breakfast was a challenge as one chef cooked an omelette better than the other but alternative scrambled or boiled eggs are available. Overall we ate at the hotel every day we wanted to and never went hungry. POOL: If you want a lounger in a prime spot you will need to get your towel down and claim it very early. The Germans get theirs down before 6am.. I managed to beat them 3 days but an English couple were champions 🏆.. They beat everyone which was satisfying. The water is not heated but with the 30C heat it was refreshing. BEACH: Very small private hotel beach which the loungers practilly all touching so not for us. LOCATION: As the description says close walk to town, plenty of night life and entertainment everywhere. You get more than you pay for at this hotel and value for money guaranteed. Remember what you paid before you expect the Hilton. So many of these other reviews are not from experienced travelers who are budgeting this trip...

Overall had a great time at Kay’s Maris. We stayed for 2 weeks, maids done an amazing job of keeping the room clean. Bar staff at the dolphin bar were also lovely. Shop owners and jewellery shop (ozzy and Debbie) loveliest couple couldn’t do enough for you. Pool was good, sometimes hard to get a sun lounger but we are late risers so our own fault! Food was decent, always something we could eat. Only issues would be lack of entertainment which kind of forces you to go out for the evening if you need something to keep you occupied. Also the nighttime female receptionist is one of the most unapproachable person. Definitely should not be front of house. We asked for late check out due to the time of our transfer and she just said ‘no’, we were advised to try with the lovely day tome receptionist in the morning by a fellow guest and she happily gave us late check out until 4pm (20 euro but we didn’t mind) also when we asked to get our luggage from storage she took about a minute to glance at us from scrolling her instagram, pushed the door button and looked away, not a word spoken. All in all a great stay!
