Club Anastasia - Family Hotel

Literally just back from our holiday and wanted to get a review in before I forgot. Reading some of the lower scoring reviews I don’t know where they were because the hotel and staff Is nothing close to a 1 star review. Granted I’ll start with the only negative I agree on is the rooms are rather dated however they have everything you need and decor abroad tends to be alot different from home. Anyways the hotel itself is located perfectly to local bars restaurants if you don’t want to travel far and only a 15min walk to the beach and the main area of bars, restaurants shops ect. From the minute we arrived we couldn’t have been made more welcome from every staff member and it wasn’t forced just generally nice people. The place is spotless and clean rooms were cleaned every day with even fun towel animals and goodbye notes from the cleaners just little touches that you don’t see often. You won’t be bored during the day with lots of activities for everyone to join in. And a special shout out to simba, Jon , ozzy and Betty who were brilliant. They also have a spa onsite that we used and it’s brilliant and the cheapest about, I feel bad because I can’t remember for the life of me the name of the women that works in it but she’s a beautiful lady every morning and night she came to talk to us. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be back when we can Boab & Ryan

Only one for the staff is WOW, Jon, Simba, Ozzy, Betty, Ellie (entertainment) Elvis/Serdarp, Billy and the rest of the bar staff and not forgetting Dawn (guest relations). A HUGE THANK YOU for making our holiday sooooo special. Bathrooms need upgrading but I believe that’s in your list. We will definitely be back

The staff here are absolutely amazing, everyone goes above and beyond expectations! A HUGE shout out to the amazing entertainment staff - Jon, Simba, Ozzy, Betty and Ellie. They are the best entertainment staff I have experienced on any holiday around the world 20/10. Entertainment through the day and throughout the night. They know everyone’s names by day 1 and the kids love them! If you are coming here with kids they are definitely in safe hands 🥰

We have visited marmaris on multiple occasions and would have to say this was our most pleasant experience yet. From booking to leaving Dawn the guest relations manager has been nothing but helpful going above and beyond from small requests about the room to handling any issues you may have! Jon, Simba, Ozzy, Betty and Ellie from the goat entertainment team are absolutely amazing, they do everything they can to make you and your children comfortable. My daughter is very shy and left this hotel a different child because of the G.OA.T (Greatest of all time) team! We already miss them so much and only left yesterday. Billy & Elvis from the Havana bar are also wonderful and can’t do enough for you! I didn’t catch the name of every single staff member but everyone was so polite, kind and helpful. Food was good and they had more staff joining soon to help within the kitchen and bar! Would happily return here time and time again just because of the staff! Rooms were cleaned every day, hotel was also very clean throughout! Highly recommend visiting the hairdressers downstairs too! 10/10 holiday. Thankyou team Anastasia 🩷

Very nice hotel, good food, the staff is very pleasant, kind, and welcoming... However, the coffee is not good at all! Furthermore, I recommend for your excursions and airport transfers the agency located a 3-minute walk from the hotel. It's called Sunny Temel. Honestly, we did all our excursions with this agency, very cheap and quality guaranteed, serious people. Have a great vacation!

Just come home yesterday we had the best time in anastasia all the staff are so lovely but I have to say the entertainment boss needs a pay rise Jon is absolutely amazing and never stops he kept our kids happy all day and my son is so upset to not play bingo bongo SHAKE THE BALLS anymore but definitely recommend this hotel

Most amazing venue for family's with such amazing staff. Been going here since 2002 (03,05) then again in 2023. It holds a special place in my heart and now it does in my daughters. She learned to swim here and made many friends. Such a friendly a**osphere and great location. Highly recommend to people who want to relax and feel welcome.

Amazing staff, hotel we stayed for the first time last year and already booked again for this year can’t wait to see all the staff again they made us all feel so welcome!!!! We came as guests but left as Anastasia family, Dawn at guest services she couldn’t help us enough absolutely amazing if I could give this place more stars I would, rooms are basic, very clean towels and bedding got changed every day if we needed them, food was amazing we ate at the hotel most days, the entertainment staff got us all involved. All the staff here are a credit to the hotel!!!! See you all in August xxxx

We were moved to this hotel after arriving in Marmaris and finding our booked hotel was in fact shut, what a relief it was to have been put here the staff are great and can’t do enough for you and it’s in a fantastic location! We can’t wait to stay here again
