"Partito centrale. Buona posizione nel centro della città. Bella vecchia stanza con raggio. Buona colazione. Ci siamo trasferiti venerdì e sabato e la nostra stanza ha guardato la strada alta. I clienti si siedono a tavola sulla strada sotto le nostre finestre, che non potevamo aprire a causa del fumo di sigaretta che scorreva verso l'alto. Venerdì sera è la notte della banda in diretta. Molto buona banda, alto, finito morto alle 11:00. Sabato, i clienti fuori conversazione e bevvi fino alle 2 di domenica mattina."

"Booked this place based on some of the reviews. Positives - conveniently located to town centre, onsite parking, decent pub prices for drinks Negatives - stayed on the ground level room No.1, the window was straight onto the road outside, had to keep curtains closed to hide belongings. Smell of damp from the bathroom. TV remote was stolen but no replacement available. Went for breakfast, no menu available, the guy said that their refrigerators had broken down and had to throw a lot of food which did not leave many options. We went for scrambled egg on toast, very basic and cheap bread. Wont return here, it needs a good refurb and we’ve stayed in much nicer places for the same price!"

"We didn’t know that we could stay here and use the facilities throughout the place. The sport centre hod basic room but as it was a disabled room, it was larger than usual. The room had good WiFi as we needed to work here. The breakfast hall reminded me of school dinner hall and self service breakfast was part of the cheap room rate. There are no restaurant, just a cafe for lunch and dinner. Choices were limited, so we drove to the kebab van instead! This place was cheaper than the holiday inn and we vowed to never stay at the awful Travelodge, so this was the best choice available."

"L'hotel si trova in un luogo assolutamente meraviglioso, proprio oltre il ponte Marlow dalla bella città e vista sul fiume e la veranda. Mi sono messo a guardia per i dettagli: siamo stati delusi di non aver ricevuto l'avvertimento dell'hotel che il ponte Marlow sarebbe stato chiuso il giorno principale della nostra prenotazione; anche se siamo rimasti per due giorni, la nostra stanza non era servita. In caso di chiusura del ponte fosse meno completa di quanto previsto, quindi il nostro soggiorno non era realmente gravemente influenzato. Per quanto riguarda le strutture, direi che la stanza, anche se molto confortevole, era data: anche se la vasca era molto buona, c'era in particolare solo una socket di potenza disponibile nella stanza, lontano dal letto, e mobili leggermente stanchi. Ma apprezziamo molto il benvenuto al nostro cane, e abbiamo goduto due ottime colazioni e buona ospite al bar. In generale, naturalmente, abbiamo goduto molto il nostro soggiorno, ma a questo livello di prezzo il servizio e l'alloggio potevano fare con la spruzzatura."

"Friendly welcome. The pub itself is a little tired. Our room was pleasant and clean. Bed a little lumpy. Breakfast cooked to order. Sadly our room was above the bar, and the night we stayed music was played really loudly until about 1:30am! Did ruin the stay!"

"We just fancied a night away from home and the George and Dragon fit the bill exactly. We were met with a friendly welcome and given the keys to our room. This was absolutely huge with big bay windows overlooking the front of the pub and into the park across the road. The room was super comfy with a lovely big bed and plush furnishings. There were lovely touches such as homemade little treats and fresh milk in the fridge to make tea and coffee. The bathroom had really nice toiletries as well and a great big shower. The restaurant food was excellent for dinner. Plenty of choice and all beautifully presented. There was a really nice atmosphere in the restaurant with a mixture of locals and hotel guests. Breakfast was a real highlight - a wide variety and all made fresh to order. We were encouraged to order as much as we wanted and staff were both friendly and chatty and very attentive and efficient. We loved our wander round Marlow which is such a cute little town. Our only regret was not booking a second night!"
