Отель отличный, номера чистые и уютные. Пляж хороший (песок), но заход в море и сама линия в камнях, взрослому тяжело купаться. Бассейн подогревается и регулярно чистят. Отель работают только на завтраках и это минус. Обедать и ужинать можно в ресторане, еда вкусная, средний чек на одного (обед) 1200 фунтов или 2200 руб.

I would like to share my experience with this hotel, for which we paid €1,600 per person for one week. Accommodation The travel agency advertised modern, spacious villas. However, the reality was very different – small, dark rooms lined up next to each other, connected by common walls with absolutely no privacy, resembling changing cabins at a public swimming pool rather than accommodation in a luxury 5-star hotel. The bathroom was similarly disappointing: tiny, dark, and fitted with rusty equipment. Food There was no variation in the menu! Every single day we were served the exact same dish for lunch and dinner throughout the entire stay, except on the final day before departure. Although the travel agency clearly mentioned à la carte dining on their website, and we did not expect buffet options, serving an unchanged menu in a hotel of this supposed standard and price range is simply unacceptable. Unfortunately, after three days we experienced severe stomach issues, and our holiday effectively ended with medical treatment on Antinal. Waiting times for food often exceeded one hour, and sometimes parts of our orders were never delivered at all. As for beverages, basic juices were not even available with meals, and within the so-called all-inclusive offer, we were provided with nothing more than plain water. Beach Upon arrival, the beach resembled more of a construction site. We were not informed in advance that during our stay the hotel would host 500 wedding guests, resulting in three nights of loud music and sleepless nights. Similar nightly disturbances continued from the beach bar, which, ironically, was off-limits to us despite being all-inclusive guests. We also faced unpleasant restrictions regarding drinks; the all-inclusive alcohol offer was limited to rum & cola or gin & tonic — nothing more. The beach itself could have been beautiful if only it had been maintained or cleaned occasionally. Unfortunately, the sunbeds and seating areas were already rusting and deteriorating. Sea The greatest disappointment was the sea itself — completely inaccessible! The entrance to the water is dangerous and suitable only for the brave, requiring one to navigate over sharp, protruding rocks hidden beneath crashing waves. These rocks stretch along the entire private beach of the hotel. While the travel agency suggested water shoes as a recommendation, they should have been clear these are absolutely necessary, not optional. Hotel Representative / Delegate Our interaction with the hotel delegate was disastrous. When we raised our concerns and questions, he acted as though he couldn’t hear us. He assured us that should anything happen, he would be there within minutes. However, when health issues arose, he told us he would arrive in 7 hours, but ultimately never showed up at all. Instead, he sent an unprofessional doctor who did not speak a word of English, leaving us unable to explain our condition. Moreover, the tools he used were visibly unhygienic

Great hotel, quiet and comfortable The style of the entire hotel with the large swimming pools everywhere gives a great look to the place But there are major drawbacks in this hotel Without them it could have been one of the best hotels in Egypt for me Reception staff: The reception staff who work after midnight were completely unprofessional, and more than one strange and completely unprofessional situation happened from them Rooms: The cleanliness of the room was very good and the bathroom facilities were good The view from the room was great But the room is very small for two people and the bed (supposed to be a king bed), but the size of the bed was small compared to any king bed in any hotel I have went to But my biggest problem it was that the room did not have any corner or even a table to put the laptop for working, so it was a big problem Restaurant: It is equipped with many types of high-quality food and the food was delicious and the treatment of the chefs in the restaurant is beautiful But the service there is very very slow at breakfast and dinner Sometimes I had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to find an free table for me Although there are many staff in the place but the service is slow, Although with fewer guests at breakfast I thought it would be easier but the service was still slow as well Unfortunately, the hotel is great, but the hotel administration doesn't choose the staff they hire carefully.
