Inside the property there is a large living room overlooking the sea, a new kitchen equipped with all appliances and a large veranda, partly covered and shaded, with direct sea views; 3 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with shower; large garden, 2 parking spaces.
The villa is equipped with all the main comforts for a pleasant stay: outdoor shower, outdoor table and chairs, sun loungers, barbecue, oven, Tv, radio.
The Villa is close to the sea and the marina, with a bar and restaurant. Ideal for those who want to truly unplug and spend moments of absolute relaxation, lulled right inside the house, by the lapping of the waves.
Close to the villa there is the village of Maristella, where there is a market, tobacco, fresh bread, and all the main services. Under the house, the marina offers bar and restaurant service. The beach can be reached on foot. From the small port below the house you can rent rubber boats to discover the coasts of Capocaccia. Courses for scuba diving and scuba diving courses also start in the marina.
