The room is very clean and the desk clerk was very professional and friendly. I would definitely stay there again.

Great rooms that are large and quiet. Staff was very helpful and close to everything in South Salem! We will be staying here again.

its possible the walls are paper thin- but we were up all night with the people above us . When we called the front desk; they clearly let them know it was us complaining as they proceeded to pound on the floor

Friendly staff, quiet hotel/area, indoor pool and spacious rooms. Breakfast was 3/5, would recommend eating elsewhere in the AM. Room had a microwave and mini fridge. Would return again!

Nice, large, quiet room with sitting area. Room nice size. Breakfast was good and the staff are all really nice, polite and courteous. I forgot my phone charger in room and they were kind enough to mail it to me. I would stay here again anytime in the area! Loved the location and nearby amenities.

Check in was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. From there it went downhill. Power went out from just after 9pm and didn’t come back on until after 2am with ZERO communication. I tried to talk to the staff that night and was met with gruff irritation like I was the inconvenience. There was never an apology or explanation. A simply sorry for the inconvenience. We are doing everything can. But nothing. Breakfast was pretty good the first morning but the next was poorly stocked. If you’re looking for a hot shower, this is probably not the hotel for you. I will not be staying here in the future nor would recommend.

My go to Salem lodging. Staff is great to all. They're all polite and happy. No snarly people here. Shopping, e-z access to all major roads, and good price.

Check in was easy, nice and friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Pictures online show a hot tub but this is the second time we have stayed here and it has been covered both times. No fault to the hotel, but this was the nosiest stay Ive ever had. The people above us were stomping and running back and forth until about 11:00, and the room next to us had the TV so loud I could hear what they were watching. Ok hotel for price but horrible nights sleep.
