I was pleasantly surprised by this location and hotel. This is NOT a resort hotel but a great location for passing through. The room was clean, comfortable, and located right off Highway 101. My room was located on the backside of the hotel and was sheltered from any noise. In fact, my front door looked out onto beautiful golden hills. If I did not know better I would say I was in the country. The location was about 45 minutes from Point Reyes. Great Location and staff.

Un buon hotel HHoliday Inn nella zona di San Francisco, il personale di servizio è entusiasta e ha una stanza vuota che può soggiornare in anticipo.L'hotel può parcheggiare molti posti di parcheggio, ed è gratuito! Il riso è delizioso per la colazione. Il primo piano è con balcone e un cortile. Il pavimento è ricco di acqua. L'hotel è a dieci minuti di auto da Golden Gate Bridge, ma il ponte Golden Gate è costato circa 9 colpi in direzione sud. I studenti in affitto sono meglio a pagare prepagati sul ponte con carta di credito online.

The woman in charge was very sweet and kind. I was in town alone for a surgery and when leaving out for it she told me that she would pray for me. That touched me. The room was everything I needed. It was clean, comfortable and cold (ac). I was a little worried when I pulled up in my Uber due to it's closeness to the highway, but was pleasantly surprised. I was not bothered at all by any noise or anything shady. No food or drinks offered due to COVID but there was a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee maker with supplies. All clean and ready to be used. Didn't use the toiletries, they were too floral for me, but they are supplied. Showers were hot, couch and bed were comfortable, the bed was very comfortable. The maintenance team work hard and it shows, I'd see them work as I took daily walks. Lots of stores nearby some within walking distance. Parking right outside the rooms, seemed full at night and empty during the day... I had a lot of time on my hands lol.

I stopped here for one night during a recent family trip through California and was very pleasantly surprised by what I found. It's a nice, clean place in a good location. The rooms are definitely a notch or two above what you expect to find in a Travelodge. But what really elevated the place to the next level was the customer service that I received from Jeff at the front desk, who went out of his way to make sure that my trip was awesome. What a great asset to the company! Thank you, Jeff!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 notti meravigliose a Villa Inn. Abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e andremmo certamente indietro. Ci siamo sentiti al sicuro nella zona. L'hotel è stato un breve viaggio a San Francisco e molte belle aree naturali per la camminata e l'esplorazione. Molti ristoranti deliziosi vicino e l'intero Joe Foods/Trader. La nostra stanza era estremamente pulita e profumata. I letti erano comodi. Era tranquillo e abbiamo dormito bene. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa. Ci siamo stati nella stanza 71. Il pranzo era di waffle, cereali, banane, bacche e formaggio di crema e muffin, che era perfetto per noi. Il personale era amichevole e utile.
