Enjoy the quaint living room with a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. This fantastic property also offers a well-equipped bathroom with a shower and essential amenities like WiFi, AC, and a washer & dryer. You'll also be able to unwind in the backyard retreat with a custom landscape, gas grill, and dining area. We look forward to hosting you at our place. Please note, this rental is for the 1 Bedroom NextGen Suite only as shown in the floorplan photo. The main home is rented separately.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 20 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:No smoking of any kind anywhere inside the home or yard..About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.
