We loved this property. The service from staff was exceptional especially Sebastian and Christina at front desk and Marin at the bar. The 6 course tasting menu was good, but at times I felt they were trying just a little too hard. The location of the property is wonderful and we loved all of the amenities. Special thanks to Sebastian who was so very helpful to us during our stay. We enjoyed taking advantage of the unlimited use cable car and bus card, which is a very nice perk. Thank you to everyone!

Excellent hotel, very cleaned and confortable! The location is stunning. The hotel is in a small village at the bottom of a beautiful mountain which is right in front of the it. The view from the pool, on the top floor, is wonderful. Friendly staff and delicious food. 🤩 we would like to come back soon

Since the moment we arrived, everything has been outstanding. The building is designed with attention to detail and built with high-quality materials; the spa is spacious, impeccably maintained, and the adults-only section was a big plus for us; the view from the outdoor infinity pool and hot tub is picture-perfect. One can feel that every detail of the service has been thought through as well. We enjoyed all the little personal touches - from someone coming by our table every evening to greet us and ask how our stay is going, to the waiter remembering our names and what we ordered last time, to a note left in our room with our housekeepers name, inviting us to share anything we want done differently in our room. The breakfast buffet choice is endless, with a focus on fresh and local products (best bread selection I have ever seen, and the meats and cheeses deserve a mention, too); every evening we thought the dinner could not be better, and the next evening it was somehow better - my compliments to the chef and the kitchen team. It is not often that one finds this level of excellence in hospitality.

Beautiful hotel in the Austrian Alps! Gorgeous reception and bar area (with complementary sparkling wine on arrival) leads to a lovely restaurant area with a spectacular view. We were half board and had a 6 Course Tasting Menu each night which was immaculate! They also made note of my nut intolerance which made their service even better. Wait staff were lovely, and the breakfast buffet was great before a day skiing. Spa area was phenomenal! The hot tub is a great way to relax after skiing, as is the Sauna area. The room was a great size and very comfortable with a nice balcony area. The shower was a good size and there was loads of wardrobe space and a safe. Also close to the slopes and had a great room for storing your ski gear too. Just the most lovely beautiful hotel 😍

It was the 2nd time we stayed here and we simply love it! Everything is outstanding - the staff is friendly, the food is amazing, the rooms are great for families and the spa is fantastic. We will be back!

The hotel and Spa are nice and all of the staff are very friendly and helpfull. They also present themselves as a luxury hotel where you can unwind and relax. rooms are clean and it comes with a large balcony. The view from the Infinitypool is beatiful and supposed to be tranquil. Just like the view from the room. Unfortuntaly it seems to be that the hotel is missing a concept on which target Audience they are aiming. At first glance and by their website they represent themselves as a family friendly (it has a softplay area) hotel. Possibly they have to compete with the newly build and opened children fun Arena hotel next door. We did realise when we booked, that it is a family hotel. We also travel with a child, hence the choice of this fancy andcpromising looking place. Beakfast and dinnertime:The Restaurant staff were very welcoming and attentive, nothing wrong there. Breakfast was oke, but the Snack Buffet lacked variation. Then Breakfast and Dinnertime, this is not the place to be if you want to enjoy a nice and quiet meal. OK, we stayed during the summerholidays, with our child. But children running around, screaming, shouting and crying at the surrounding tables every morning and evening is a bit much. Same goes for nighttime in the hotelroom. The rooms are not sound or noiseproof. The Sauna is a bit of a let down as at 11:00 it was still cold, possible a "technical problem" which seems to occur quite often. We left 2 days earlier as we felt unheared. The guest that complains is always wrong.
